"Suguru, should we kill these guys" I still get chills when I hear that. Imagine if Superman turned to Batman and was like "Do you want to just kill everyone at Arkham"
Something I want to point out is the fact that Geto couldn't absorb Toji's cursed spirit. The reason for this is because it was bound to him and owned by him. This is how Geto knew in JJK 0 that he had to kill Yuta so he could absorb Rika and take her for himself because he previously failed with Toji.
This episode is all about the opposing side of duality. At first it was only Gojo in the blue room (negative energy) but having Geto talk to him, made him leave towards the red room (positive energy) so its like Geto talked Gojo out of staying in the idea of “killing everyone” but Geto was still in that room slowly consumed by that dark notion…another thing is that between the room full of people and the room without anybody symbolises Gojo’s future path of no longer abiding to conformity while Geto is all about that. Lastly there’s the “gift” from Toji, where he told Gojo of Megumi (translated as blessing) hence the path towards nurturing the younger people while Geto got the curse that is filled with weapons
Tojis story explained shortly: (from what I know) He was treated badly by the zenin clan because he didn’t have any cursed techniques or energy. They would throw him in rooms to fight curses (how he got his scar) and other things like that. He became a “sorcerer killer” as a form of revenge on his clan. When he met megumis mom, he changed his ways, stopped gambling, and killing. They got married and had megumi, Toji named him Megumi or “blessing”. Very shortly after his wife died (unknown cause of death) and Toji went back to his old ways. He then sold Megumi to the zenin clan since he had the talent and believed he would do good
Toji knew something was off, but couldn't stand a chance to his own pride. Also, that ending scene... God damn, it was so good, Geto turned around Gojo's mind, despite that "monkeys" are clapping at Amanai's corpse, who was also killed by "monkey", just great stuff.
Toji instincts were confused cause him trying to proving his worth to the jjk world goes against the belief he always lived by, which clouded toji's mind and weakened his ability. In jjk when your mind is clouded by hatred, doubt, revenge or confused you can't reach the awakened state or enlightenment gojo reached or even toji reach in his prime when he didn't care about anything, By losing his normal mindset toji's precognition ability to dodge powerful attacks and was mess up and he failed to predict and dodge red and purple. At its peak heavenly restrictions users when they reach the enlightenment mindset can predict and dodge attack that are much faster and more powerful than even red and purple and especially this younger version of gojo. They can easily dodge mach 3 attacks and even predict and dodge the world slash which is one of the most powerful attacks in jujutsu kaisen. Many things went wrong in this fight for toji and he lost.
An other proof toji wasn't thinking straight in the rematch is the fact he didn't try to fight gojo with multiple surprise attacks like he did in the first fight. In this fight toji stayed infront of gojo not trying to hide and attack by surprise because toji had something to proof which was the opposite of the first fight were it was just business. Toji was focused on proving to the jujutsu world that mistreated him since childhood that they were wrong by defeating the strongest sorcerer of the modern era, the face of the jujutsu world which is gojo...
The red/blue imagery, Gojo using Geto as a moral compass because he thinks of Geto as the most righteous person. The way Gojo walks away after hearing “No, there’s no point”, while Geto continues talking, his gaze darting across the floor, convincing HIMSELF moreso than Gojo that killing them would have no point. Megumi meaning Blessing, hence Gojo receiving Toji’s blessing, Geto getting his curse (literally), Toji saying “monkey” which planted those seeds of classism against normal people in Geto… Wow. Masterpiece of an episode and arc.
Toji used a small kitchen knife so he didn't do enough damage to the brain which allowed gojo to use rct, if toji had used the spear which's is much larger and would have destroyed gojo's brain complity or to cut off his head he would have finished the job correctly.
14:01 This part!!! You get the meaning of it!! Lots of those reactor who watches this episode missed this part while too busy talking about Gojo eyes and stuff Yes, the last part is basically geto's turning point, the coming next few episode enhance it with WHY geto turned.. i really enjoy you both reaction
So the “Am I Pretty?” Curse is based off of a Japanese urban legend where a ghost woman with a mask on asks if she’s pretty, if you say yes she takes her mask off and reveals a wide sharp toothed mouth and asks again. If you say yes the second time she cuts your mouth from ear to ear to make you look like her. If you say no to either she kills you anyway. Toji saying “not my type” ensured she would get at least one hit on him
Toji is da... I mean a damn good character Btw that chain he attached to the cursed tool is called the Chain of a Thousand Miles, how it works is that as long as the wielder keeps the end point hidden the chain can grow or shrink to any size the wielder needs. Thats why it looked so short at first but was able to reach Gojo in the air
@13:55 Geto in light Gojo in dark isn't actually the case, Blue color represents cursed energy - which is negative. Geto walks from the hallway with red light to the room with blue light. Red color is Reversed cursed energy - which is positive (technically double negative but ykwim). Gojo walks from Blue lit room to red lit hallway. I looooooove the symbolism in this show.

That saying Gojo says , one about being the honored one .. I believe that is the same saying that the Buddha said when he was born ? think it was to highlight enlightenment. To show that he had broken past his limitations ..
7:00 "he did it himself" I assume what you mean by that is Gojo released his technique himself, if I'm wrong whatever, but thats not true. The curse tool that Toji Zen'in was using DOES go through infinity. Gojo was just saying that after it went through he gave up all other thought and focused on reverse curse technique.
Toji is the reason gojo is the strongest in the verse right now, Toji also is the reason Geto gets stronger... Toji character is the plot of Jujutsu Kaisen in a way lol
I think the reason both their goals and personality changed is because Gojo was always true to himself. He always said what was in his mind. Even if it was a negative thought. But geto seemed like he forces himself to only think about the good. Not completely true to himself. So geto broke free of that and gojo was himself as he was before.
I've said it before, but the foreshadowing in this series was some of the best in all of manga or anime. I'm just wondering if they'll pick up on every or most or even half of the foreshadowing bombshells that this season drops.
Dying stanting is the most badass thing ever. Toji is just a legend. And the symbolism behind it too is incredible, its like even death can't bring him down or to his knees, its like his will to never submit to anyone or anything is so powerfull it Transcended even death it self.
In an interview Gege Akutami revealed that Toji's scar came from an event in his childhood when his father tried to kill him after throwing him in a pit where they kept their curses (he wasn't treated that better than Mai and Maki). Toji survived but the scar stayed. I wished they had put that into the anime in some way, like when Toji felt that fear of death.
Yea he very well crafted and layered character but they don’t spoon feed us his story so most ppl don’t go too deep into his character. Personally i like him. Still a bad guy tho
Toji never felt fear of death, what he felt was him betraying the cod he always lived by until now. Trying to prove his worth the the jujutsu world by beating gojo was something that went against his instinct a d that's why he felt off, that's why he also couldn't predict or dodge red, went we know for a fact HR possesors can predict and easily dodge attacks much faster or powerful than red or purple from this young version of gojo. Toji is my favorite character. Do you hate him? then it worked. A good antagonist shouldn't make you happy; he should make you *feel.* Toji achieves that every time he is on screen. Such a good fkin character.
The craziest part about Gojo's I guess you could call it awakening was that he didn't understand reverse curse technique AT ALL before the moment he was about to die. Every time Shoko tried to explain it to him he didn't understand it (didn't help that her explanations are a bit weird) and therefore couldn't perform Reversal Red since it uses the positive energy of reverse curse technique to repel things. In the moment he was about to die he finally understood it and was able to heal himself and also finally perform Reversal Red. Not only that but because he finally understood Red it also allowed him to use Hollow Purple since it uses both Reversal Red and Lapse Blue in combination to create an imaginary space. That hollow purple gojo used was the first time he ever used it. That's why it and Red were so small in comparison to him using both in the current time
I think he might have concentrated them on purpose cause of how strong Toji's body is and cause they were on close range so not much point in spreading the attack, the other two cases where he used red and purple were against Jogo(with who he was playing around and wanted info from so he didn't want to kill him instantly) and Hanami(who was standing out of his sight when he used purple so he spread it so he wouldn't miss her)
@@farsous10True she is but I doubt Yuki can even touch Toji as he isn't even detected by cursed energy nor will get targeted by domain expansions. What's she even gonna do to him lol?
@@farsous10 Sure but Toji outspeeds Yuki anyway so even if her ct works on him, it's hard to say whether or not she can even touch him with it, before he merks her with speed alone, not to mention the Inverted Spear of Heaven's broken effect.
@@speedrunner3312 he outspeeds but he’s not blitzing, theres a difference. Just cuz you’re faster doesn’t mean you’re blitzing. Also inverted spear doesn’t really work on her in the context you’re thinking since her punches ct effect wouldn’t be negated when it lands
"In heaven above and on earth below, I am the most honored one. I shall dispel the suffering that fills the world." Is what the Buddha said right after his birth. Toji represents pride (from an egoic sense) and dies first. Gojo literally came back from the verge of death, and became "high" and the world became peaceful--all things alluding to a state of enlightenment.
btw I just want to share: Geto wasn't able to absorb the cursed spirit because it was linked to Toji (in some way). This somewhat correlates on why Geto in the movie decided to kill Yuta in order to absorb Rika (I say correlate because technically Geto will be unable to do so either way because Rika is a special grade). Additionally, completely unrelated, but Maki isn't exactly like Toji. Almost, but not quite. Toji has literally 0 cursed energy, but Maki has a scant, almost 0, but not 0. This is why Toji seems stronger than Maki, because the heavenly pact recognizes that little energy and how much to compensate.
U guys the most best reaction and try to guess important think on ever eps its the best one... I watch almost 10 youtuber... U guys the best one... And i almost not watch all other subscribe do reaction.onlyonly u two i watch❤❤❤
Touji was an underprivileged individual born without a curse technique in the Zen'in family, where curse technique are human rights. 恵(Megumi) mean is be blessed. Think about why Touji named his son Megumi. Megumi dosen't like his name. Because name as Megumi is girls name usually.
Toji was powerful but he did not have information about hollow purple. If only he could be at long range he could have dodged it but he went and attacked first. He did plenty though 🫡
I think many people dismiss too easily the impact that Amanai's death has on Geto, Geto is desperate for justice but stuggles to reconcile those values with the basic inconsistencies of the world he's in. aka Good kid mad city.
In general the symbolism is opposite but in JJK, blue refers to negative (cursed) energy which was the light upon Geto, and red is positive (reversed curse) energy which was shining upon Gojo.
Toji named his son Megumi because he actually wanted to be able to remember his name. Toji has Zero Curse Energy so he was treated waaay worse than Maki by the Zenin Clan. Toji is a male which is even worse because the Zenin Clan take pride in their sons, he would have been seen as even lower than Maki. Tojo sold Megumi to the Zenin Clan because unlike Toji, Megumi actually has a lot of Curse Energy so he would be treated way better.
Gojo really turned evil after awakening, he gave Sukuna vibes at that moment. He k!lled toji for fun and pleasure not for revenge and he would decided to k!ll the whole star religion cult too (seems like what sukuna would do) but geto stopped him, I'm sure you watched that epi where geto says "are you the strongest because you're Gojo saturo or are you Gojo Saturo because you're the strongest" that one line saved gojo from becoming evil. Gojo and sukuna has alot of parallels i don't want to give manga spoilers but I'll just give you sneak peak that sukuna was the same in his era but there was no one for him to stop him from becoming evil, no one was there to reach sukuna, gojo had geto to stop him and now gojo wants to reach sukuna and teach him about love and wants to save sukuna too. Inshort gojo want to be geto for sukuna.
The last scene where Gojo ask "should we kill these guys" is in Red while Geto is in Blue... Ironic how they flip sides in the future where Gojo is in the blue and. Geto's entire demeanor changes to racist maniac....
to be honest i was very happy to see these arrogant overpowered mages humiliated by Tojo. But in this episode everything went back to normal (in a bad way). Stupid resurrection and too easy victory for Satoru. Literally the impossibility of these guys dying deprives the interest of watching it is simply incredible. Itadori was killed a million times last season, but never completely. this is already starting to get boring
3:53 This is the part where Geto learned that he couldn't steal a curse that was linked to someone that's why he will try to kill Yuta to get Rika instead of facing her directly
”It’s very important that there is, especially for a strong jujutsu scorcerer”. Suguru geto has to be the best villain in anime. ”Dont waver, don’t waver”. ”Damn monkeys”. Best written villain in anime without a question of a doubt.

"In heaven above and on earth below, I am the most honored one. I shall dispel the suffering that fills the world." Is what the Buddha said right after his birth. Toji represents pride (from an egoic sense) and dies first. Gojo literally came back from the verge of death, and became "high" and the world became peaceful--all things alluding to a state of enlightenment.
what do you think, of gojo receiving Toji's Blessing in Megumi, and Geto receiving Toji's curse in the cursed spirit
btw I just want to share:
Geto wasn't able to absorb the cursed spirit because it was linked to Toji (in some way).
そうだな、そうだよな、そうかもなぁぁぁぁぁ‼︎‼︎‼‼
last time i was this early , riko was still alive

" In the heavens above and below the heavens, I alone am the world's most honored one." - Siddhartha Guatuama, speaking of enlightenment.
1:00 oh about that... you don't get much backstories in jjk...😐
I really don't care abt gojou simps but after season 2 I became a huge fan of toji 😂
Also fun fact: "Megumi" means "blessing" in Japanese which is ironic with Toji being his dad
U guys the most best reaction and try to guess important think on ever eps its the best one... I watch almost 10 youtuber... U guys the best one... And i almost not watch all other subscribe do reaction.onlyonly u two i watch❤❤❤
Your reactions to Toji are my favourite. Can’t wait to see you react to the rest of the season, stay strong! ❤
6:46 he has risen, baby girl
Like lets not ignore the fact that Gojo did not care about this friends life in that moment he just wanted his round 2
Megumi is a girl's name.
When you ascend and you alone are The Honored One
They both lost to Toji, but Gojo became stronger from this and Geto seeped into darkness's despair.
Touji was an underprivileged individual born without a curse technique in the Zen'in family, where curse technique are human rights. 恵(Megumi) mean is be blessed. Think about why Touji named his son Megumi. Megumi dosen't like his name. Because name as Megumi is girls name usually.
❤❤❤love love. Your. Reactions.. 😊
I was waiting for “Eh? Soka… Sodana….SOKAMONAAAAA!!” 😀
Gomen, Amanai 🗣🗣🗣🗣💥💥💥💥
yall are very smart
Suguru safe Satoru 😢
Jjk is my favorite can't get enough
Just seen this fight, I really will love if u guys some day react to HxH
well now u know why Gojo values youth so much
Gets much darker get ready for new intro outro songs
"Nah, I'd win"
The last scene where Gojo ask "should we kill these guys" is in Red while Geto is in Blue... Ironic how they flip sides in the future where Gojo is in the blue and. Geto's entire demeanor changes to racist maniac....
Gojo in the moment was Saitama, just going through the motions because he's on such a higher level there is literally no threat
Best arc in JJK
Remember the name of the person who paid Toji.
Sonoda. And when you hear that name next episode, enjoy 😂
Gojo tweaking has gotta be one of the best moment in overall series
G0at monke vs Buddha
Staar religious group is like that crazy idol fan group. Even more funny, considering Tengen was a woman before...
Aw man this fucking song.
Art indeed. But also character-defining trauma.
It started with Toji, and now these Star Religious believers are clapping because Riko is dead. I feel so bad for both Geto and Gojo.
to be honest i was very happy to see these arrogant overpowered mages humiliated by Tojo. But in this episode everything went back to normal (in a bad way). Stupid resurrection and too easy victory for Satoru. Literally the impossibility of these guys dying deprives the interest of watching it is simply incredible. Itadori was killed a million times last season, but never completely. this is already starting to get boring
11:12 😭😭
11:57. “Suguru…should we kill these guys?” If Geto had said yes to that question we would’ve been looking at a very different Gojo 😣
NGL i think we would have witnessed a way stronger version
@@Ryuk937 way stronger how lol
@@Phantom_typee-wl7fq Because Gojo will become Sukuna in his era.
3:53 This is the part where Geto learned that he couldn't steal a curse that was linked to someone that's why he will try to kill Yuta to get Rika instead of facing her directly
1:00 Me still wishing after all this years they'd release a movie about Toji for the longest :'\
”It’s very important that there is, especially for a strong jujutsu scorcerer”.
Suguru geto has to be the best villain in anime.
”Dont waver, don’t waver”. ”Damn monkeys”. Best written villain in anime without a question of a doubt.
My favorite part of his arc is after his turn. Hes just so relaxed, at ease. He really thought he made the right decision
@@crankfastle8138 exactly. Great analysis. I often, upon rewatch, think to myself what I’d have added to the anime in certain parts. And I wish they made geto’s state of mind more elaborate for ppl who are less analytical. But yea even in the shower scene. When he’s being troubled and then says ”damn monkeys” the clapping stops and all the pressure he has on himself not to waver is suddenly gone.
@crankfastle8138 the most terrifying villians are the ones that truly believe in their cause. Geto is one, makashima from Psycho Pass is another great one. These villians truly believe in what they're fighting for
@@Panda-kn6zo the moment of realization when talking to Maki was huge.
@@darknesswave100 agreed, a great villain is born out of a necessity. They aren't evil, they just see a different way and believe.
Heyy 👋🏻
I wish you ladies give a reaction on 3 idiots comedy drama Film by Bollywood ( india ) ,it's an amazing Film most liked movie in India & over the World ,hope u guys react on it & gonna enjoy it for sure 😃😊👍🏻❤
Just in case you didn’t know. Gojo couldn’t use red earlier because he didn’t know how to you RCT. Toji created satoru gojo.
Please consider reacting to Blue Eye Samurai
global launch for the mobile game will be on 7th Nov just curious would u girls be trying it? =D btw love your reactions and kiss is so cute =D love from Singapore...keep it up take care n stay safe!
Fun fact: Toji is the one who awaken Gojo's true power💀 If no one can beat or touch Gojo's back then, he might late to awakening powers before the Sukuna arc
Geto is just frustrated that as a jujutsu sorcerer he is deprived of "taking care" of that clapping people.
Bring the tissues next episode
