If you down bet that flop with AK, you will likely get a free turn card to see all 5 cards. Better option than checking the flop and check/folding IMO.
I remember when I used to be tricky and open 76s UTG in a game where 6 people would call every raise. I soon learned that mostly I would be sitting there with a seven-high flush draw trying to force a donkey off his trash king with no kicker while some nit is peeling the ace-high flush draw.
Another great vlog, and not bad session. I think you thought process on the hands seemed very informative and insightful. One question though, why do so many players play with so many $1 chips? I can see some in the 2-3, but not in the other. It just makes more work on the dealers doing a count down. At my local casinos even the 1-3 game, most players are buying in with stacks of $5 chips, maybe one stack of $1 chips, makes the game move faster.
I do enjoy your content a lot. I can tell you're getting better each episode, both with content and playing. Thank you. One question, showing a number of hands you folded before the flop, that imo, seemed like good starting hands that might have gone to waste, am I incorrect?
Q9 diamonds on a feeling and you didn't raise on your feeling. Learn to bet your feelings...and fold premium hands on a feeling...that keeps you from making bad calls.
Bro, toss that Rampage card protector. It’s bad mojo. Not kidding

Nice vlogs! Like how you include small details, like wait time.
7:12 when you open from UTG and get one call from the SB it’s kinda impossible for him to check behind on the flop and then lead out on the turn lol

Why do they give $100 in blue chips for a NL game??
people here like it for some reason
2 hour drive is dumb. Stop it.
Better than playing local private games where they rake the crap out of you.
2 hour drive on a nice day in California isn’t a bad thing
