I have a major interest in Korean literature and want to pursue a undergraduate course in korea. Sir can you make a video about the scope of various fields. So we can get a idea about the chances of getting a job after studying there. You might have worked with various people in various fields , it will useful if you share their experiences in work. If the demand of particular job is low in korea it will be a time of time, money and effort if we get more opportunities in our home country.

There is no age limit for doing PhD but for getting GKS scholarship there is age limit, which is between 25 to 45. Apart from GKS, universities have their own separate scholarships. You can check those here www.studyinkorea.go.kr

They just want the money, so they will accept your application. And you can get scholarship if you top in your class in that university.
Professors never fund undergraduate students they only fund masters

There is no part time job visa. You can do part time job only while doing some full time study.

There's no scholarship for schools. You have to be present there for admission like any other process.
