the "wrong" that Pin is referring to is the fact that she didn't just follow Anin in the first place, and instead chose to marry Kuea. She said so herself already that she regrets that decision.

Considering the time era and read off someone's comment..I kinda want a sort of bittersweet ending, where Anin fell into coma and pin finally able to escape the marriage tend Anin while she or someone close to them wrote an auto/biography afterwards or whatnot (cue title loyal pin) which became the start of where people open to love without bounds of gender.
