CARNIVAL PANORAMA | SECRET DECKS | WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?

- I explored the secret decks on the Carnival Panorama. They are located on the forward part of the ship on decks 14, 11, 10, 9, 7, and 6.
On deck 14, look for an exit door by cabin 14203. This exit door will take you to the back side of the Salon. Then continue to follow the exit signs to go out to the deck. This is a very small deck with no chairs or loungers.
On deck 11, the exit door is near cabins 11204 and 11203. This is a much larger deck with no loungers, but there is some bench seating on both sides of the deck.
On deck 10, the exit door is near cabin 10206 and 10205. This is a much larger deck with no loungers, but there is some bench seating on both sides of the deck. You can get to deck 9 using stairs located on this deck. Deck 9 has the same layout as deck 10 with the same bench seating options.
On deck 7, the exit door is near cabin 7208. This is a much larger deck with no loungers, but there is some bench seating on both sides of the deck. You can get to deck 6 using stairs located on this deck. Deck 6 has the same layout as deck 7 with the same bench seating options.

Awesome! Exactly what I was looking for. I could see on the deck plan that it looks like there was a forward deck but couldn't tell if it was public.
Same question about deck 5 and even deck 4. From what I can tell you can't go around the back of deck 5 because it's reserved for suites. From this video looks like you cannot go around the front of deck 5. Bummer. Limits deck 5 to just the side strips for restaurants. No strolling around the ship.
And I presume all of deck 4, outside, is crew only even though embarkation occurs on that deck.
Glad that the video was helpful. Yes, the lower decks are not available other than sides. The rear of deck 5 is only for Havana guests

Just got off the panorama. Spent lots of time at night on deck 9. Stars. No ufos though.

Any chance the crew will let you use the loungers stored on those decks if asked? Like on deck 10 or 9? If so, I'd never bother with the main deck. :)

Not that I am aware of on either (if they would do it or if anyone has asked). Worth asking when your on the ship for sure
