No offline booking is not possible. You have to pre book your tickets online for both Phase 1 Kongdori and Phase 2 Apharwat peak.

3 star budget hotels in Kashmir?
I mostly booked my hotel in JKDTC properties but you can get a decent hotel or homestay in Kashmir but in my opinion JKDTC are better and cheaper than the private hotels.

Is it possible or right thing to plan Kashmir & Ladakh together?
It is possible but in my opinion it is not a good idea to place these two destinations together.
How are the road conditions from Jammu to Kashmir?
If you wish to know whether offbeat destinations are open or not, i.e. you want to know the status of roads, then you can approach TRC in Srinagar.
It is strongly advised that before you visit offbeat places , do check beforehand on roads being open for tourism.

How much is Taxi Cost or can we travel through personal vehicles in Kashmir?

Why don't you try uttarakhand. I can suggest some unknown places such as Chakrata, Kansar, Tons valley, Purola, Arakot valley, Lansdowne, Thalisain, Gwaldham, Bageswar, Har ki Doon, Devban, Chopta
These are not unknown places and Harish ji has already been to Uttarakhand. First do your research and then comment. It makes you look like a fool. Go into in the playlists of this channel and you’ll see Uttarakhand there. Yes he might’ve not been to har ki doon but doesn’t mean it’s unknown. Everybody knows about it. If you wanna know some unknown places then let me know

Enjoyed your Kashmir Trip Videos and it has inspired me to visit there.
I have a few doutbs and hoping you will take out some time to address them
1. Will it be worth to travel to Kashmir in first week of December?
2. Dal lake itself is a big region so which place around Dal lake is better for accomodation given that you would be travelling mostly by Shared Cabs to Gulmag , Pahalgam Etc.
3. If we get a good view of Snow in Gulmarg, will it be worth going to Sonamarg or we can skip and go directly to Pahalgam. Given that we have a trip of 5 days to Kashmir

Sir I have booked my tickets to reach Srinagar on 30 March. But afraid with the news that this year snowfall is less.. I want to see snow. I want to say you that you have seen nothing about Kashmir,,, if you want to see real heaven then you have to go tosamaidan which is just beside the gulmarg,, around 50km from Magam town,,,tosamaidan is real hidden heaven, from tosamaidan around 10km it has 7 different lakes,,these lakes are hidden,,, tosamaidan is 5times bigger than gulmarg,, tosamaidan is hidden because road is not good, only hilly roads are there,,,

Hi Harish Ji, thank you for your amazing content. I am a huge fan. I wanted to ask as I am a foreigner in UK, can I travel to Gurez Valley? I have a Adhaar card. I notice bookings for hotels and stays are available to book for us foreigners so wanted to confirm if any checks in our travel will involve just showing our Adhaar card.
How do you have aadhar if you are foreigner
Yes they check Aadhar card

A small trick if you are taking taxi from Srinagar and visiting other locations and don't want to change or take taxi at that location example Gulmarg Sonmarg or Pahalgam then book JKTDC resorts to stay and then you will be allowed to take ur taxi till resort and for few sightseeing without changing taxis at that locations.

hi was looking through ur channel . which is the best house boat to stay in ??i was looking at the boat houses all the bathrooms looked very dirty . what is ur comment about house boat
I stayed at club mahindra house boat which is only for members... but yes all said there are many operators which have clean setups but cost is high 8k per day onwards...
Thanks for ur reply . Any suggestion where to stay if u are not member specially travelling from USA the bathrooms are the one looking for clean ones with no black mildew on the tub and toilet area . All pictures I saw there are black spots and mildews …
