    I have a 70 coupe deville, I bought a edelbrock carb as well but mine had the original quad before. The only thing I can't figure out is where/how to install the trans downshift switch, does yours not have one?

      It has one, but it’s not hooked up. I would prefer to have it hooked up.

    You can get the power to choke from the kickdown switch other side of carb.

      What do you mean? I am wiring it up right now and I’m not sure where to put the positive wire for the electric choke

      @@annex4904 feed wire for kickdown switch should have power only when ignition is on. If it has power all the time then do not use that for choke feed.

    What fuse did you use for the positive wire for the choke?

      You can use any fuse that is switched on by the ignition switch, it doesn’t draw much current.
