Hello Sofian,
Is there a way to assign pages to each recipients? I have a 48 page pdf document and 48 recipients. Each recipient needs to sign one page but doesn’t necessarily need to see the other pages, each page is different from each other and have the recipient’s name on it. I want my recipient to only see the pages that pertain to them, not all pages.

Hi there, you can only do this if you break down the pdf into 48 separate pages and with the option “Document Visibility” if that’s in your plan. Set this up to “Recipient must sign to see the document”

Hi! I need to send in bulk, but the bulk option is with a lock icon and says upgrade, and I already paid and still am unavailable to use it, what should i do?
Try login to the account through another browser or in incognito mode. If that doesn’t help, contact customer support and they will be able to unlock the feature.
i am getting an error - The requested envelope is not a draft. Not able to update envelope properties in an envelope that is not a draft. how do you correct this option ? i have taken a trial version for 30 days.
I have never seen this error message unfortunately. I would start a new envelope from scratch

Is it possible to have a multi page document or multiple pages in an envelope with each page requiring signature by party A, then each page is sent separately to unrelated parties for signature from party B, then the documents re-grouped/combined for Party A. Thank you!
Hey Cindy, yes you can, just need to play with the signing order by adding people multiple times at each stage of the process.

Example is I have a document that is 20 pages with specific information pertaining to party B that require the 1st signature on each page by Party A. Then each page has to be sent separately to 20 different people ( multi party B) for their signature. What does that workflow look like. Is there a way to use bulk send for the second piece.

My clients dont only need to sign, they need to fill out very large documents with various details. Its impractical to ask my colleagues to drag and drop the input fields for every client as this would take hours. Can one document be made, all with populated fields (such as signature boxes, drop downs etc) already saved on the envelope?

How were the Title and Full Name fields automatically populated? Where did that information come from?
Full Name gets pulled from the name the sender enters in the recipient’s list, title is populated automatically or becomes a text box if the assignee has a DocuSign account and has or hasn’t updated their title in their profile. Hope this helps!
At 4:26 and 4:40, why is the "Title" field highlighted in the red box?
That's what happens during the signing process to show you which fields are required to be filled out. These disappear on the final PDF document

Hi Angela, if I understand correctly, you want to know how to use your directors wet signature on electronic documents?
This can only be done from the “my preferences” page and “signature” section.
You will find an upload button.
Alternatively you can also use the mobile app (assuming you are logged in as the user you’re wanting to change the signature of) and draw the signature on the screen. Hope this helps!

They will populate when you send the envelope to the recipient
