How & When Do You Change RO Membrane Of Your Water Purifiers ?

RO Membrane, change करने से पहले यह Confirm होना जरूरी है कि RO Diaphragm Booster Pump का Pressure सही है या नहीं ।

Sir ,
I bought a new RO+UV+UF water purifier and the company technician installed it. After that I couldn't use it as I was away from my home for more than a month. When I returned home and switched on the water purifier, I noticed that there was no RO waste water coming out and no pure water coming into the tank. Then I called the company technician . He came home ant checked it and found that the RO membrane was chocked . He said it happened because the water purifier wasn't in use for over a month and there should be a flow of water at least once in week.If not there is a chance for the RO membrane to get chocked also the company won't give warranty for any filters including RO membrane.
My question is, can RO membrane get chocked if we stop using the purifier for a few months? I also doubt he didn't clean the cartridges well during installation as he was in a hurry. There were lot if white deposits in the water tank. So can chocking happen if cleaning is not done well during installation?.

The pressure of booster can be slow. The flow speed of ro membrane can be also slow.

No, it can't be changed, if it is choked due to block flow restrictor....
