Aapne recently plant ko repot kiya hai kya?? Plant aur soil check kijiye ki koi pests to nahi hai...make sure ki iski soil well drained ho... jab bhi paani dei to tab tak dijiye jab tak ki paani drainage hole se baher na aane lge...aur ager ho ske to 4 - 5 hours ki sunlight provide kijiye...

I have been watering my Jade plant but the leaves are not getting any better. I checked for rotting roots but I can not see anything. My other succulents are experiencing the same thing with soft leaves / wrinkly leaves.

Jade can tolerate hot summer...if you think that summer is really harsh then you can give it few hours of morning sunlight and then keep it inside near window....

You break a stem little bit & see if it's green inside...if not green then it's dead...if it's green then keep your plant outside in direct sunlight & water it only when its soil dries upto 1inch from top...meanwhile you can take its healthy cuttings from somewhere and plant it as it grows very easily from cuttings...
It needs direct sunlight means it is not a low light plant so you can keep it at a place where it can get maximum direct sunlight...number of hours can vary...

It depends on season also...within 2 to 3 weeks it should start developing new leaves if its roots are not rotten...give it the maximum direct sunlight you can give it and also don't overwater it...
Its a Outdoor plant if you want to keep it indoors then choose a place where it can get bright sunlight otherwise you can keep rotating it indoors for few days and then outdoors....

As your Jade is in glass jar then in direct sunlight its soil will dry even more quickly...so water it when you feel that its soil has dried completely...

My jade was doing well in winters. Then in summer I watered it every 7_8 days when the soil seems to be dry from above. Thin leaves indicates that it needs more sunlight...keep it in direct sunlight for more hours and when you give it more direct sunlight then its soil will also dry fastly so you have to give it water more frequently than earlier...

For transportation purpose I removed all the leaves and let the jade plant dry for a week. After a week I repotted the plant. Its been more 8 days now I can't see any new leaves? What should I do now?
For transportation there is no need to remove leaves and to dry plant...the branches which get damaged during transportation can be removed and can be replanted...we have also moved around 1000km with my plants...I'm not sure if your plant will revive or not...now you can just wait....meanwhile if you can get some healthy cuttings of Jade from some one then plant its cutting as it grows very easily from cuttings..

I have a jade piece I received from my sister it grew fast and it's on a thick trunk and has 2 pieces that branch out at the top but it's dropping leaves at the bottom and it's now top heavy. I do see new growth but i'm so concerned all the big bottom leaves are falling at my touch and they are soft! I'm letting it dry out but doesn't seem to be working :-(
Keep it at a place where it can get maximum direct sunlight...some old leaves fall due to Aging, but you are saying that all bottom big leaves are falling so check if it needs a bigger pot... don't worry new leaves will grow from the Lower nodes also and your plant will look full n bushy again...All the best👍👍

My jade is having wrinkles on the stem also and leaves are very scanty. The tips of the branches are drying. Is it due to under watering ? I noticed few ants also and have added turmeric powder to the soil . I am really concerned that my plant might die. Plz guide.
Firstly check the plant and also soil for pests.. if you find pest on plant then spray insecticide on it(for that you can watch my video "Homemade insecticide for plants ") If you find insects in soil then repot the plant in fresh well drained soil... If insects attack is not a problem then don't worry....just keep the plant at a place where it can get maximum direct sunlight and water it in proper way only when soil dries upto 1 inch... It's very hardy plant...you don't need to do anything... no need to change its position...just make sure that its drainage hole is not blocked so that rainwater doesn't get collected in it...

It's Elephant bush plant...but in India we call it Jade...otherwise Jade has little bigger leaves than Elephant bush and Jade's scientific name is Crassula ovata
I propagated my jade plant by stem cutting procedure but within 1 week its all leaves became yellow and fallen now i am just left with the stem with no leaves on it!! So is there any chance that my plant can revive by some method or I should throw it and again do a propagating method??? Please answer me!!!!...
Keep your previous cutting in direct sunlight...maybe it develops new leaves...side by side put another cutting of Jade..keep the cutting container in direct sunlight & don't overwater it ...

In high rise buildings in ncr it is difficult to get direct sun for four hours...means we can't grow succulents in high rise flats...??

Morning sunlight is best but Jade can easily bear afternoon sunlight also...so sunlight of any time is good for Jade..

Your plant is in repotting shock...give it some time to adjust in new soil & environment...

My jade is having wrinkles on the stem also and leaves are very scanty. The tips of the branches are drying. Is it due to under watering ? I noticed few ants also and have added turmeric powder to the soil . I am really concerned that my plant might die. Plz guide.
Firstly check the plant and also soil for pests.. if you find pest on plant then spray insecticide on it(for that you can watch my video "Homemade insecticide for plants ")
If you find insects in soil then repot the plant in fresh well drained soil...
If insects attack is not a problem then don't worry....just keep the plant at a place where it can get maximum direct sunlight and water it in proper way only when soil dries upto 1 inch...
Plant will recover...All the best 👍

Jade is a very hardy plant...it will survive in semi shade also but for good & proper growth it needs direct sunlight...

I have this plant for years...I consider all plants lucky...all plants give us oxygen and beautify our homes...
I have planted it in a mixture of garden soil, cocopeat, cow dung compost. I only water it when top soil is dry. Still its leaves are dropping and yellow. Please help. Only recently I have started keeping it in sunlight as initially I had placed it indoors.

It's very hardy plant...you don't need to do anything...
no need to change its position...just make sure that its drainage hole is not blocked so that rainwater doesn't get collected in it...

It's Elephant bush plant...but in India we call it Jade...otherwise Jade has little bigger leaves than Elephant bush and Jade's scientific name is Crassula ovata
I propagated my jade plant by stem cutting procedure but within 1 week its all leaves became yellow and fallen now i am just left with the stem with no leaves on it!! So is there any chance that my plant can revive by some method or I should throw it and again do a propagating method??? Please answer me!!!!...
Keep your previous cutting in direct sunlight...maybe it develops new leaves...side by side put another cutting of Jade..keep the cutting container in direct sunlight & don't overwater it ...
