Is Blizzard making an AA Overwatch game?

Blizzard made a name for itself by creating genre-defining titles-games that shook the genre and stood out head and shoulders above their competition. The problem was, it always took them ages to make them. Literally a decade in some cases. Because they wanted to get them to that “Blizzard” level.
But from what I've heard and read, Microsoft has been pushing Blizzard to deliver faster. They want to see a return on that investment at a slightly higher tempo than Blizzard is used 2.
The way they want to get that done is by making AA games for existing IP's, including Overwatch. Let's have a look.
