This has got to be the best two Law Enforcement Officers I've ever seen in my entire life what a awesome concept what awesome personalities amazing law enforcement examples for the rest of law enforcement to watch fantastic Sheriff fantastic deputy I'm just blown away how well you guys handle yourselves and how this program and this idea that you guys have come across and use every day amazing I can't say enough amazing
Sheriff Lamb and Deputy Sloup, I commend your candor and complete transparent position regarding your department and how you run it. you are by far 2 of the most honest law enforcement officers i have ever witnessed in my many fine years in Arizona. I one day would like to meet both of you (on good terms of course) to shake your hands and thank you for keeping the county accountable and safe. its men like you that we all wish to be like or be happy for having in our community. i made several mistakes in my life, and a mesa police officer showed me what it was like to feel good about turning my life around. his name was Mitch Adair. he was the explorer captain and i was 19 years old. i did something great after maricopa county superior court judge gave me a second chance although i messed up and not due to my own fault, i failed to pay off my restitution, i stayed out of trouble on 4 years unsupervised probation and never got in trouble in az again. i am proud to say to frank that i have driven in az for the last 19 years without even doing anything that would warrant an encounter with you 2 fine gentlemen and i am proud of that. i am also a fan of proper procedure which i see frank every friday. good to see frank and you sheriff lamb. i reside in one of the worst parts of the city of phoenix on the central east side. 2 blocks from where ofc. zane coolidge was shot and subsequently died from his injuries at. my heart goes out to you guys whenever a police or sheriffs officer is hurt or killed. my uncle frank donovan the 2nd was Buffalo NY battalion chief so i know what being a civil servant is and what it means to go home safe every night. thank you for making sure we do as well
Circa 3:40: "Do you have a quota of traffic citations that you have to write?" I feel like here would be a good place to chime in with something my father, who spent 43 years in law enforcement, told a motorist once. As he was making out the citation, a motorist asked him derisively, "Will this help you meet your quota?" And my dad smiled at him and said, "Nope! They let me write all I want!"
First of all I would like to say hats off to sheriff lamb and Deputy Sloup, y’all are the best examples of how LE should conduct their duties. Secondly nobody should be condemned by their past, and everybody deserves a chance at redemption and sloup has proved his righteousness in my eyes. However I would like to hear deputy sloup open up reveal the details of his name being on the Brady List. Again I don’t want to doubt you in anyway and I feel a public acknowledgment is crucial for us to fully confide
Love Uncle Frank and Sheriff Lamb. More LEOs should be like them. But I do get a kick at how often Frank has no hands on the steering wheel from his New York gesticulating!😂😂😂
Dude is legit. An “All American” type of dude. Really caring towards his community and brings some serious issues up that most don’t think about. Hes the main reason Pinal County is 10/10.
👩💻🇺🇲Yeah, the pen thing. I was a grocery cashier when the world used personal checks. One customer asked to borrow my pen to write out her check while I rang up her order. When I looked up, I saw her chewing on the pen. This was during the beginning of the AIDS period of time. I approved her check with another pen in my pocket. She tried to hand back the pen she had in her mouth, and I told her she could keep it. She ratted me off to my boss and told my boss I was rude, but I didn't get in trouble, though. I just had to take the pen back and toss it in the garbage from them on. So gross. 😮😅😅😅
I used to be LEO, I studied psychology, so I wrote a lot of warnings. I got called in by my supervisor for it one day, then wrote 16 tickets in 4 hours. Guess who was in the doghouse?
If you studied psychology, is it true in your opinion that people listen to warnings? I always thought most people took a warning as the cop just being afraid to do their jobs
@@EnclaveSgt I am not Jon the ex-LEO, but I hope you don't mind my response instead. I think it that all depends on the person to whom the warnings are given. Are they truly regretful and not usually " law breakers" just maybe a one time or rare issue happening. Or...a person who could care less about anyone or anything...and probably make fun of an officer who gives warnings. Warnings would be a waste of time with them. I have never heard the theory that a warning was the result of the officer being too afraid to write a ticket or do their job.
Deputy Frank, it is a really good idea to keep at least one hand on the steering wheel at all times....especially since I'm pretty sure your car does NOT have autopilot. 😁
Deputy Sloup, you are wonderfully entertaining and cute BUT Sheriff Lamb you are the best looking man with the most beautiful smile on TH-cam. As the young kids would say: Sheriff Lamb you are my bias.
no lie, when i lived in Fountain Hills, a Maricopa county Sheriff pulled me over for 27 in a 25. I love Frank and Sheriff Lamb down in Pinal County for doing whats right.
The agency I worked for was the same way, until one day my sergeant asked me why wasn't writing enough tickets. I responded I'm not supposed to write tickets I'm supposed to identify the problem correct? The next day I wrote 16 take us before lunch and land them on his desk and got called in for it and told him if you don't like it I'll go back to the way I was doing it
I know that deputy Frank works on Traffic, however, could that attitude not be portrayed across the Arizona Police Dept.? From there we go to all States in the US. @ 6.40 the insinuation was WOKE/Deranged From there, we really need a "Frank" in the UK where most Policing has gone to the dogs so to use a term. Love your videos, keep them coming please. Regards from the UK. Additional edit, Stay safe as there are people who are not so educated as others that may wish harm somewhere because this is TH-camd. STAY SAFE.
I am a retired fed leo who started out as a city cop before going fed. I'll just say this: certain traffic tickets are justified such as no registration, doing 15+ over the speed limit or driving with no insurance etc. However, guys like Frank are not real cops. They don't get felony arrests, they don't actually solve problems in the community...they are simply there to generate revenue for the state. Command staff loves people like Frank because they can justify their positions and department budgets to elected officials year after year. Frank is not a real cop.
Omg frank .. I don’t like to shake hands and I am recovering and been clean 26+years and I meet a lot of people and I will the dirtiest homeless person but I won’t touch hands 🤢
Respect to Sheriff and Frank. seem sincere and outstanding leadership.

It's really refreshing to see a deputy and a sheriff conduct themselves the way they do. God bless you both may God bless you all

Wow, what a journey you have been on. Well done for making important changes to better your life and your self.
These two guys are phenomenal
Thanks for bringing an uplifting image and being a role model for all cops and kids out there.
Frank's quota is How fast he can go through a ticket book 😂
lol always a good vibe watching these officers keep our cities safe 😂

You guys are marketing masterminds for encouraging people to move to Pinal County, Arizona, tomorrow if not sooner! 👏🏽 👍🏼☺
In the car, his left shoulder keeps jolting outwards. Its so distracting and funny. haha

We need a Sheriff Lamb in San Antonio, Texas

You gentlemen make some great content. Thank you for how you contuct business, and for keeping us safe.
Mr Frank to begin wit YOU are a fine outstanding person in spite of what the bad guys say...
You two are adorable men!!
I literally found Frank from watching Sheriff Lamb stopping left lane campers. These two are an amazing representation of law enforcement.
Sheriff Lamb is the perfect person to work for

Can you post more vids, I can’t stop watching it

Dang that Maricopa Deputy Sheriff doesn't have anything better to do than stop someone for 27 in a 25? That sucks man.
Not true
@@calebkarr i lived it fella.... they had to disarm me too because i was carrying. ended up being almost an hour late for work
@@Greyson_McConkey Fountain Hills is just a snobby as Scottsdale, the cops are just more bored because its a retirement community.
Frank and sheriff should Make an OF together. Would make bank.
"were professional crown vic operators", bwhahha
Love these guys
Plot twist- Sloup actually hates driving and writes so many tickets so he can stay in the courthouse
Should've moved to Florida for the guns and water!
Sheriff Lamb❤ may I have a job,Sir🎉❤😊
Cops who cut breaks >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Frank sloup, a dirty cop on The Brady list. And Sheriff Mark Lamb seems to love him
Yet he can and does testify in court and they get found guilty. Maybe look at other videos like I don’t know the one with the county prosecutor

One of the things I hate the most is cops walking in between their car and the suspects car
so now when i get to keep the pen, i know what hes saying lol

Lamb for senate!
Seems he likes to take his hands off his wheel quite a lot.
Uncle Frank 😊
Do you have any episode with Sheriff Lamb getting upset/mad?
Is that the same Sheriff Lamb that lost 3 family members to an illegal immigrant?
Yes. Intoxicated driver
I just read that, how incredibly sad and 💔
I know sheriff lamb 😂😂
Not the sexiest cops omg ❤
Alabama objects and says they are the most gun friendly 😂
Can't stand Frank, but I'm a fan of Sheriff Lamb!
if you dont like him why are you here

@@skycaptain95 I would say to them, don't hate the player hate the game. I refused to be a revenue generator and hence why I went fed.

Keep writing tickets while doing nothing about the corruption and fraud in your county. Just let the cartel do as they please right Lamb?
drug test frank...
As someone who lives in New York I agree
Sheriff Lamb was born in Hawaii… Aloha Sheriff… I live on the islands since birth…
People love to putt down the road in the left lane
