What does GENDER EQUALITY mean to young Nepalese women? | FES Nepal

Nine young Nepalese women share their ideas about gender equality.
Role models and their stories can have a great impact on supporting conversations about gender equality and gender justice. Therefore, at FES Nepal we set out to identify and share stories of Nepalese women from diverse backgrounds to explore what gender equality means in their day-to-day life. We collected their stories in the anthology Dreams of Equality: Stories of struggle and aspirations. We also had the chance to meet some of the contributors and ask them: What does gender equality mean for you?
