I just watched _Shang-Chi_ last month on Disney+ during my Dad's birthday and on Disney+ Day (November 12). By far easily one of my favorite MCU films so far from its diverse cast (Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Tony Leung, etc.), fight choreography, visuals and engaging storyline, that makes me look forward to what to expect in Phase 4 of the MCU. Lastly, Awkwafina as Katy was by far my favorite character in the film, next to Ben Kingsley's Trevor Slattery (+ Morris) and If I had a celebrity friend that I would like to hang out with especially during Karaoke night, it's without a doubt Awkwafina.

Correct Storm, Bruce's arm is permanently damaged thanks to snapping that Stark gauntlet! He's lucky he was Professor Hulk when he did because otherwise he'd be dead like Tony (he has a healing factor but even he wasn't strong enough to withstand the power of six infinity stones)! What we don't know (yet) is why he's back to being Bruce banner and isn't in Professor Hulk form in this mid-credit scene (because that form was meant to be a consensus he and Hulk had so it looks like it should've been permanent)! They're probably gonna explain that in the upcoming She-Hulk show, where we'll see Bruce/Hulk next!
This is where the fun begins!!!! Shang Chi is my third favorite superhero of all time! So satisfying to see him finally have his solo film! Now this, puts a smile on my face 😌
I use to really like these ladies' reactions. She use to edit in a way that allowed for some narrative flow. Now it's just a clump of clips totaling what fair-use will permit. I don't post this with cruel intent. I only post this as something to consider.
I absolutely loved this movie! It was so well done! Although I was really hoping the link between Shang and his friend was that her grandfather was his mission. I'm not against the angle they went with but I just thought that would've been a nice twist.
The training scene with a young Shang Chi is similar to the brutal training the actor Jackie Chan went through as a child. He a part of a youth stunt team called the Little Fortunes and their training was notoriously abusive. He doesn't talk about it to this day but about 20 years ago there was a movie made about it. All of this kids found their way into Hollywood and Chinese cinema as stunt actors and coordinators
Great reaction as always ladies. You guys should really watch the Incredible Hulk (2008) because I feel like they keep referencing it more and more in the movies and shows and you wouldn’t get the references. The monster that Wong fights in this movie is from the incredible hulk

I felt so bad for the father, didn't see him as a villain and i for one saw the love he had for his son at least, after his wife's death. He definitely got darker and colder, but i still saw love fir his son when he was reunited with him & during the flashback scenes. I think the sister is gonna be a problem in the next movie, because shes already going against Shang's wishes or orders by not closing down all of their fathers organisation.
