Both are good but it depends on their personality If you want PVP, probably take the Gargolem if it is Pure Nimble, but I will ask what type of Gargolem? Attack? Speed? Or Defense form? If you want Story Progression absolutely take Seedrake, it is way better especially in the later stages and upcoming routes. You could tell me what personality are they, and I will reply to you as soon as I can :D
Ty the gargolem is indifferent and the seedrake is very clever and dull Ps the gargolem is not speed or defence or attack he is the original one I think

Indifferent on the other hand wont buff or nerf any stats, so take Gargolem if I were you, although Seedrake is better for story progression, Gargolem has the bettoer personality and is more balanced.
