It’s so satisfying to see someone who understands so much and appreciate it.
I have to comment on this because for me and I've always said this since I was a young person who is 62 at this time heavy metal male vocalists are in the top 3% of brilliant male vocal talent what they do with their voices between the beautiful clarity and then the distortion and the range and the colors it's just undeniable. To be able to sing in the genre is extremely difficult and demanding I wish people knew that. There's a freedom in their voice that you don't experience in some other genres of music and the one that I'll single out the most is pop music there are exceptions but this person just got on that stage singing live killed it vocally with no assisting that's the real deal it will always be the real deal.

I am 12, and I am a DF fan! I saw them in May with nekrogoblikon and dethklok!! Im still getting into them, but do you have any advice or any albums to start with? So far, I've listened to Warp Speed Warriors and LOVED the sound. And seeing them live was amazing! I wanna get into them more, but I'm not sure where to start (I've listened to ttfaf obv), but any advice?? :)

just to point one thing out about that video, it was footage from a live performance but the studio version of the song was over-layed on top, not to say that the actual live performance isnt incredible, because it was, but just something to clarify

@@tairondeoliveira4276 oh, no, what i mean is on youtube there are two seperate videos, one is the live performance and the other is the same live performance but with the studio track layered over top and titled "music video". i also dont think it would be an issue of copyright because dragonforce doesnt care about reaction videos, and subsequently live performances has more leniency when it comes to claims. my point is that she was reacting to the studio version and not the live version though. (the live version still sounds brilliant by the way)

It's not live, she is reacting Three Hammers official video clip, they made it using the scenes from live DVD, but the song is the studio version. I think it was a bad idea from DF guys.

Late comment here but you mentioned this was a live recording. I'm pretty sure it was a studio recording where they just used some live footage to create the music video. That said, I've seen them live plenty of times and they sound just as amazing in person. This was overall a really great reaction and review. Love your videos, love Dragonforce, love power metal.

You reacted to the studio audio version dubbed over a live video performance, so this is kinda pointless. You should do the real live version, actually impressive and it makes more sense for a "analysis" video. Thanks.
I don't like DragonForce but I always rate this performance as one of the best ever. The crowd control alone, but then you add in the fact that nobody in the band missed a single note for a very difficult song.
Marc can hit the highs but he can't sustain them for very long.

You can't honestly tell me you believe this is a live performance. Just by the production alone, but also the sheer amount of over dubs. There is up to what.. 8 layers of guitar at some point? And who is supposed to do all those lush vocal harmonies? Also, anyone who've seen Dragonforce live knows that Marc Hudson is NEVER this on point. No singer could be.
This is the studio version over a performance you’re right. I’ve seen them live and Marc has gotten much better over the years. He is very close to the studio version in terms of hitting all the notes these days.
Recently I saw a dude record them live unedited and yes, Marc DOES hit these notes live and it was actually crazy. so talented. I was suspicious too but once I saw that I knew that Marc was an amazing singer. Everyone else was pretty consistent with playing and it was all just amazing
