*Sees that the length of each song is the Halberd's health* Jeezus, do you know how many Halberds you sank upon making this masterpiece? Your slowly draining Meta Knight's budget. Edit: Thank you for noticing me Kirby Senpai, keep it up with the music!
So now it's Star Allies, huh? Judging from the end of the video, flat-out Soul Melter Medley? Looking forward to it! Oh, and BTW, just a reminder that I'm always still here if you want artwork at any point. You mentioned in the description about how things don't get done "on time" - not as pressure or catering or whatever, just figure I should mentiom if that's a concern and I might further associate with you guys, once I have a concept and start, I normally take 4-5 hours, two, three days at tops. ^^' Just gimme a heads-up if I can ever be of value, okay? I know you've got other artists, and I'm not trying to steal their thunder - I can wait my turn no problem, but just refreshing your memory - I'm still interested if you are, which you seemed at least a little when I first offered.
LOL well thank you for the resource! Star Abraham has got us covered for now, but I don't disregard your kind offer. I really appreciate the info about the time it takes. Star and I are about the same pace right now so it works out. :P Thanks again, I love your profile pic, by the way. Keep it up.
"Melody 1, output Amazing." "Adjust the volume to ...Maximum Volume!" "Let's remix the Everything." "Check anti-dislike plant. 1, 2, 3, OK!!" "Release the video, awesomeness level 288!" "The time has come. The time to show our power!I will have the best meta knight Medley! I will rule!" Beautiful Remix Medley as always. Hell you even remixed the opening and above the halberd which get no love.
Thank you very much! I love the little jingle tracks. They are a shell for the appropriate creative liberties. By the way, I don't recognize your profile pic, but it's adorable.
Finally! “Above the Halberd” gets some good use! It’s been missing from Kirby games for so long, it’s about time it came back! And please get the rest you need, it’s the best medicine aside form laughter. None of this would exist if you didn’t, so I consider you and those like you a gift to this world. Thanks for everything you’ve been doing, and all of us will continue to support you as long as you live. :)
Great comment! The gift of music is universal. Everyone deserves it from the people who can provide. Thanks for the elaborate support, hope to keep your attention in the future.
It seriously makes me sad more of people haven’t seen this absolutely beautiful symphony of music. It is amazing to me how well this is done. Thank you.
Got way hyped to see a notification from TH-cam one my phone about this and it said something like "I haven't even titled this video yet" Much awaited, thanks for doing what you do!
You're probs either sleeping or at work rn but, ugh I love this channel so much. Looking forward to that Star Allies medley, but take care of yourself first and foremost. We'll still be here
Surprisingly, I can only find 1 other remix of it, even though it's such a great song. That being the one at the end of Jonny Atma's second meta knight thing.
Meta Knight, balancer of the three cosmic knights. The Mirrored Shadow- His Sins. The Golden Butterfly- Who he was meant to be. And The Galactic Time Traveler- The one he wishes to be.
The repurposed cyborg- his unwilling future The parallel warrior- his leftover memories idk i just wanted to add mecha knight and parallel meta knight to this
First at all,I would like to say THANK YOU to you. Wow,you Connected the tunes of different fancy tastes one by one and made it a medley with a volume of 25 minutes.(It's a miracle thing!) ...I can imagine how hard you were, and your so many efforts. Please take a good rest. Kirby Super Star is my favorite game, and I played so many times. While I'm listening,my mind filled with excitement due to the memories of the game and the wonderfulness of the arrangement. I was enjoyed truly! You are really good at developing the original melody. To be honest,I think your quality is professional or more than better. As every time I listen to your work and I get an encouragement and I've longed for you,but this time I really felt the necessity of my change.
Thanks a LOT of dropping in, E-minor! Part of me was _really_ hoping to see you in the comments, but no pressure! Thanks for the wishes. Super Star is an absolutely fantastic experience, I'm glad you also enjoyed your time with the game! I'm really glad we can inspire each other in our work. I've said it before, but I *wouldn't* be in this position if I hadn't heard your medleys in the past. And naturally, I absolutely can't wait to see what great things you bring in the future. It's always a pleasure!
Is Super Star is your favorite, just wait until you try Super Star Ultra! New cutscenes, new modes, improved spritework, improved helper AI, general better level layout, they made SSU almost perfect.
Bu-but.... the dialog during Revenge of Meta Knight becomes less-stupid, which is disappointing! But it's a great remake. :P The visuals and polish are exquisite!
Been listening on SoundCloud the past few days. Something something YOURE BACK AGAIN something something good medley In all honesty I love these 25-30 minute medleys of a whole stage/character. Great to put on in the background and just let it run!
I know this is an extremely old video but I just gotta say you popped the fuck off with the Heavy Lobster theme, I always come back to it every now and again and somehow find a certain hidden instrument playing within the background song I didn’t notice before, same with the “Sketched” album you made a while back, seriously good shit Light MetaS.
The "Galaxia's last breath" one is actually my favorite! sorry to say you got criticism/backlash for doing original stuff with the ost, it makes it more interesting imo. love that track
So here's an embarrassing story. When this video first came out, (Back when you "still hadn't titled the flippin' video yet") I was busy at the time. I put it in my "Watch Later" section and told myself I'd get back to it as soon as possible. ...I forgot. And I couldn't believe I forgot, because it's always so exciting to see a new video from you! To add to my own mistakes, I listened to this video intently without ever looking at the screen until near the very end. I didn't even realize you added your own notes into the video until I had already gotten through most of it. So I did the only thing that made sense: Watch the entire video again on 2x speed! Oh, and I should probably mention that every remix here was fantastic! I especially liked the Heavy Lobster remix, and Meta Knight's Scheme had to be one of my favorites! The Dyna Blade Boss remix was unexpected too, but it was great! Honestly, my favorite overall might be Orange Ocean. It's just so happy and cheerful and I love it! Overall, great job! I wasn't expecting Revenge of Meta Knight to be your next project, but I'm glad that it was! ...Now excuse me while I go listen to your _next_ project that's apparently already been uploaded! I really need to stop falling behind!
Kinda weird how you're actually making me wish for lots of time between remixes, because every time you upload, it's like you made a freaking album. The mix of tempos and the mix of gameplay + commentary makes this a very refreshing video. Also I'm REALLY hoping you're hinting at some Star Allies music there. The level design was kind of disappointing (if you ask me, it should've been made single player first like Return to Dreamland), but everything else was amazing like always. I'm really excited for the new dream friends as well.
HOT DAMN! I mean, what else can I say? I'm pretty sure you're the only musician that can make a 25 minute medley and still have it sound awesome the whole way through. It really feels like you're taking the listener on a journey through the whole subgame this medley is based on, with all the tracks and their different moods captured beautifully in your rendition and still tieing almost seamlessly together into a cohesive whole, just like when you're actually playing the game and listening to these tracks back-to-back as you go. Some of my personal favourites are Intermission, Meta Knight Duel, Halberd Escape and Ending for how they capture the mood of not just the track, but the part in the game where it plays, while still throwing in your classic variations to keep it interesting. I'll tell you what, this remix really makes me want to play Revenge of Meta Knight right now. God, I wish I had Kirby Super Star Ultra right now, your remix medley made it sound like one of the best things ever. Sorry if I took too long gushing over this, but when you take so long to make another remix and finally deliver the majestic goods, what else can you expect? I'd say this has been more than worth the wait.
Thanks for the support! And yeah, I had a lot of fun playing KSSU/KSS for some of the footage. :P But all it takes are the memories, we've already had the experience of the game. I'll keep pushing, really appreciate the elaborate praise, let me know if you have any suggestions for future changes in the medleys!
Honestly, I hope you know just how much we appreciate this. The amount of care and passion you put into your work is inspirational and I'm so glad your content exists. The music is personal on a level you don't really see, and that's what makes you so amazing
Whenever I see an upload, it’s an instant like from me. There honestly aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how much I appreciate you and your work! So just uh don’t stop being great thx
Oh. My. Gosh. This is truly amazing. The sound, the music, the everything. The commentary in the video itself, rather than on the Soundcloud page was also a very nice touch. Kind of hard to make a favorite's list since I realize the more I add, the more great ones I push to the bottom. >.< But here it is: 1. Meta Knight's Scheme + Galaxia's Last Breath********** 2. End (My Friend and the Setting Sun) 3. Meta Knight Duel 4. Above the Halberd 5. Halberd (On Deck) 6. Intermission (FUNKY Halberd Return) 7. Orange Ocean + Dyna Diversion 8. Halberd Escape 9. Bonus End (Milky Way Fishes) 10. Heavy Lobster 11. Halberd (Interior) Taking Over the Halberd **********This track, while being my absolute favorite of the bunch, got me pretty confused in the beginning of the medley, and then regretful around 16:41. This was a track I was really excited for when the trailer came out, and was pretty confused to not hear it in the beginning. And, I'm almost positive that you were referring to the backlash from the Morpho Knight preview, and looking back at my comment and the comments of others, I now see how wrong I was and I've really come to appreciate it after listening to it a lot. I had lost sight of what remixes are meant to be. Presenting a song in a creative new way, different from the original to bring new meaning and emotion to it. Not recreating the song with the exact same notes and the exact same feel. That is something you've succeeded in with Morpho Knight, with this, with Sketched, with Star Dream, and everything else you've made. This track in particular shines the most because of the new elements it brings. You managed to take basically a 10 second loop and recreate it in an extroardinary way. Of course, it being moved to the end certainly doesn't ruin it nor the medley and you made it fit there quite well. The "Jack-in-the-Box" part is probably my favorite because of how nicely it ties everything together for the finale. I hope you don't hesitate to take whatever creative liberties you see fit in the Star Allies medley and all you're future projects. Good luck! ^.^
Your criticism still stands, and allowed me to realize something EXTREMELY important. In the video, I didn't indicate how I responded to the criticism. I personally had very little connection to the Morpho Knight Character/theme at the time, and I feel like part of me was capitalizing on the popularity of the new game. I needed to take a step back, and the comment was EXTREMELY helpful for myself. I'm glad you ranked the tracks, I'm actually a little surprised with some of the placement! Which is good! I have my own ideas of the ones that fall a little shorter than others, so it's honestly healing to be reminded that the audience doesn't share the same opinion as the creator. Finally, I think it's absolutely awesome what you said about the originality here. Again, I think I'm responsible (Not so much TNH) for the sort of un-heartfelt elements of the Morpho remix. I appreciate your response, and even more, I appreciate the comment you've posted here. I was really hoping you'd come by. Made my night.
Light MetaS No problem, like you said you give us, the Kirby fan base the best, to thank you Is the least we can do for your effort, well, I've got nothing more to say, thanks again
These are really cool reinterpretations of these pieces! It's very easy to tell you put a lot of love into this project. I love the perspective you brought to these pieces.
I REALLY love this video. All the remixes are great and I love all the little liberties you make. The amount of time you pour into this truly shines through. I was really not expecting Friends and The Sun to be that good because the source material was already one of my favorite songs in the ost, but you managed to make it a very enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work! P.S. I love the little notes at the bottom. They really add some flavor to the video.
Awesome, thank you so much. Without sounding too "modest," I'm hesitant to include myself in the videos sometimes because it can be distracting. So far, I'm getting some nice comments from people like yourself, which means a LOT!
Finally! I'm so happy to see it finally done, it was worth the wait. I really do love Revenge of Meta Knight, and a nice medley dedicated to this mode is just amazing. I have to say you used that Pokémon soundfont in a really nice way and gotta love those nice details like Wheelie and Kirby dancing. Really looking forward for the Star Allies medley.
Thank you, I absolutely love the Gen 3 Soundfont, I'm really happy you approved. I definitely play with fire a little bit when jumping around with different instruments. I owe a HUGE portion of the upcoming medley to TNH.
Thanks. :) I need the music to keep going at work. I also need to actually do some writing at some point if I'm going to get the next big Kirby fic out. (One day I'll have a house of my own and it will have a study. One day...)
This remix is outstanding. Every inch of these songs is outstanding. From the mellow, calm segments, to the more intense, grittier parts. A favorite of mine is your Halberd Escape cover, mostly because it’s a severely underrated song in SSU. I love your remixes so much because they bring back so many memories. So from the bottom of my heart, I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Light MetaS I finished my animation from your SKETCHED remix a while back. You can check it out on my channel. It’s not much, but I poured my heart into it, and I hope you like it.
Truly amazing, you never disappoint me. Every piece unique and with your style, my personal favorite was the Heavy Lobster remix, being one of my favorite themes for the series and you did it justice. Good work!
Thanks a lot! I'm glad you mentioned your favorite. TNH and I will do our best to provide in the future. The Lobster is a great boss, makes me happy that you enjoyed the arrangement!
This is magnificent! I absolutely love this. This is the best remix I've seen since the Star Dream Remix Medley and "Sketched!". You're great at remixing Kirby music, I can say for sure. On the first one, Above the Halberd, I was initially hoping to hear an excerpt of the Legendary Air Ride Machine like in Kirby: Squeak Squad's version as well as the extra melodies that were added in Kirby: Planet Robobot's version. I do realize though that this medley is specifically based around Kirby Super Star and it's remake, so the fact there wasn't those extra bits doesn't really bother me too much. One of my favorite parts was the intimidating beginning to Heavy Lobster's theme.
Y'know.... I was REALLY CLOSE to adding the Legendary Air Ride machine. :) Like I said on the back-end of the remix, I didn't want to keep the viewer waiting if they came here for the main Meta-stuff. You may know this, but I remixed that theme in my Mind in a Program standalone arrangement. Could always use a do-over. :P
The best visual element is Kirby and Wheelie's dance during Funky Halberd Return. Everything is amazing (except for the timer skipping around during Meta Knight Phase 2 but that's a nitpick), but that dance is... just godlike.
Light MetaS Ahhhhhhh you responded!!! I love all of your remixes and your medleys are super cool! All the time and effort you pour into them are worth it!
I won't lie, when I read the dialogue box about the last song... How it was like, the one thing you managed to recover from the hard drive... My God... I completely forgot for 10 seconds what "Milky Way Wishes Ending" meant... That got me... Right in the Friend Heart 💓 I absolutely LOVE your work dude, rest well, get some sleep, go to work, come home, get MORE SLEEP!!! Thanks for all your remixes and hard work...
I really love the variety here. And the commentary is also very interesting. I appreciate all of the work you put in for this, it’s definitely showing! :D
I was a little concerned that the variety would be disorienting. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and the commentary! It makes me extremely happy that people have taken a liking to the style Star Abraham and I went with.
It's been way tooo lonnnggg. The world needs youuu. DUN DUN DUN DUN ... DUN DUN DUN DUN.... DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN... DUN DUN DUN DUN! Way to turn a repetitive and catchy tune into something ra-ra-raadical~ I really liked all of the little factual tidbits in the text too. Seeing the creative process behind these tunes is fun. On a more personal note, I've been *dying* for a good Meta Knight battle remix, that song is so sorely underrated. I knew you could deliver on it~!
Thanks Majo Ellen. XD That's great! I was hoping you'd drop by. Not a lot of people talk about the "Duel with Meta Knight" theme. It's overshadowed by Glacky Knight I guess.
I don't get whhyyy. I mean, Galacta Knight's theme is okay, but it's not something I'd listen to repetitiously. (I ain't much of a metally guy.) It sounds like it's edgy just to be edgy. Which, Galacta Knight probably is. But with Meta Knight's Duel it's like, dramatic. I mean, it's still EDGY, but there's this sense of urgency that comes with it. Having defeated the Meta Knights, the time is ticking, the Halberd will inevitably fall, but even still, Meta Knight doesn't run or hide. He waits for you. His dreams are broken, but not dead. He can still rid Dream Land of one last menace before he leaves. >W>
I love your work man, it's amazing how you can improve great music and make it even more awesome also, I would love to see a grand doomer remix, it's an amazing song and you never cease to amaze me so I would be so exited if you made one
this video was absolutely amazing I'm so glad you are continuing to make content because everything you've made is really amazing I absolutely love your remixes/remasters keep up all the good work !!
Pretty great stuff. My big question is, how did you fry 2 laptops trying to make My Friend and the Setting Sun? Luckily, the work paid off, because it's the best part in the whole medley.
Thank you. :) That means a lot, especially from a long time viewer. As far as I can tell, I left the laptops on for way too long. I meshed two renditions together from different PCs for the final version.
Light MetaS Ouch. Well, I really hope tons of views and comments come flooding in soon, and that this becomes one of your other really popular remixes.
Your different takes on all of these tunes really inspire me to be myself more when it comes to music, and less the people I want to be like. The Duel and Scheme remix especially did it for me; they were like no meta knight remix I’ve ever heard before, and let me tell you, you are an amazing artist and your talented efforts aren’t in vain. Originality has recently been something I’ve been struggling with while just dabbling and recording on my keyboard. Of course, inspiration is important and it’s okay to sound like your idols, but I want to make something by just letting it flow out. I remember when that was easier (albeit my skills were not as keen as they are now), and I just wrote what I felt like. But now, in the middle of my own personal renaissance of music and underground artists, it becomes more challenging to compose what is in my mind versus what I feel will be accepted by a larger community. Maybe this doesn’t make sense to you (assuming you’re reading this), but regardless, writing down my thoughts feels good!
Meta, you’ve outdone yourself yet again. I love yet don’t love your channel. What I don’t love is that you take so long to upload but what I do love is when you do, you manage to blow us all away with what awaits that leaves us all wanting more but at the same time content. The aesthetic, the commentary, the music. It’s impossible not to be hooked on the first song. My personal favorite was Heavy Lobster. But I digress. It’s always easy to see the heart and soul you put in every project, even with the long wait, just the way you could astound us with every note, use another song but in a way make it your own. I hope to see what you have planned for the future.
Very nice, man! Makes me wanna pull up SSU again. I also really like the addition of the commentary - gives a bit more depth to it, too. Don't try to push yourself too hard, though - your stuff is always worth the wait. Also, never noticed until now, but you're right - Kirby's victory theme and the jack-in-the-box sound ARE dangerously similar. But this is definitely distinguishable as Kirby's - don't panic, LOL. Also, 17:54
LOOOL That's a relief! I was really interested to hear what people thought of that comment about the similar sound. XD (Glad you caught the dumb little edit)
as always your music is amazing , it's all got a certain quirky style to it , as with all your stuff. 110/10. I honestly want to see what you can do with "oppa toby style" from homestuck's [s] collide. it's an amazing song with a really chaotic beat.
yo, just wanted to offer some constructive criticism. i noticed through most of the songs you would start epic then have a calm part towards the middle and then finish it off with some epicness. i feel this worked well for all of them except for halberd (on deck). i just feel that halberd (on deck) just works better when it's constantly fast paced. however, you immedietly came back with halberd (interior). this shift from fast paced to calm then back worked at it's best for that. made it feel more triumphant. 5:35 to 5:55 was just plain orgasmic and then ending it off calmly was great. also, the heavy lobster part sounded alright. i think you should have tried the link to the past samples more. could have made it sound more interesting from all the other heavy lobster remixes. just feels like all the other rock/snes remixes. anyway, to wrap this up, i just want to conclude that halberd (on deck) and heavy lobster were all right, and halberd (interior) was the best part. you shifted well from epic to calm to make it sound truly wonderful. and that milky way wishes ending was so good it made me tear up a little. and your version of my friend and the setting sun reminded me of the gametal version of it. but yeah, those were my thoughts that i just wanted to give. thanks for taking the time to read all of this (if you actually had time to). glad that your so interactive with your fans and great at taking criticism.
That _is_ some great constructive criticism. And I have a disbelief about staining the viewer's opinion with my own, but I actually largely agree with the statements you made above. Some people really enjoyed the Heavy Lobster remix, but I actually felt like it was kinda par-for-the-course when I mixed it in there. The On-Deck had some good/less good parts to it. I'll remember what you've said here moving forward. Thanks a lot, this was a super great comment.
Its been 3000 years

I can't believe it. I have that marked as the default title for un-named videos. I am in absolute disbelief that it finally leaked.

LOOOOOOOOOOL
That's totally what we do best at NME.
Corey Mattson nah man, Meta Knight has the best insurance.
Oh yeah, his insurance is being op in smash brawl
...so as of SSB4, it's been degrading. Deductible OP, please nerf.
WAIT I WAS ON A CRUISE VACATION. I DIDNT KNOW YOU UPLOADED

LOL nice!
So now it's Star Allies, huh? Judging from the end of the video, flat-out Soul Melter Medley? Looking forward to it!

The title..simply amazing 10/10.

Thank you. I will take these turtles in my heart wherever I go!
Light MetaS Lmao, yes! Let the turtle guide youu.

I am in love with the heavy lobster cover!
That's great to hear!
Lol I remember loving the heavy lobster theme when I was about 6. LightMetaS certainly did it incredible justice.
KBGMig GaMetal RULEZ!!! Me too.
Hea-vy Lob-ster! Hea-vy Lob-ster!
You're probs either sleeping or at work rn but, ugh I love this channel so much. Looking forward to that Star Allies medley, but take care of yourself first and foremost. We'll still be here
Skryte Temnoty I’m also looking forward to it since I listened to that galacta knight remix like a million times
He's so good, isn't he? What a talented individual.
Kirby and Wheelie Dancing is my favourite part. (and the orange ocean remix
Came ASAP. Loving it.
I also love that Dev commentary in music. I like that touch.
Awesome. Thanks for the supportive feedback!
No problem. Oh, and one last thing: I ADORED THAT BONUS ENDING! Thank you for it!
All I needed was 18:52. Thank you, that's my absolute favorite song in Super Star.
Mine too!
Surprisingly, I can only find 1 other remix of it, even though it's such a great song. That being the one at the end of Jonny Atma's second meta knight thing.
Elijah Kleinman
I know, it’s quite sad.
I made one, with lyrics even, but it's not that good. c':
Bruh Halberd escape needs more remixes, it's so underrated
Thank you for bringing that track back to life
It's a really important track to the game for sure. Even if it is short. Thanks for the encouraging words.
Meta Knight, balancer of the three cosmic knights.
The Mirrored Shadow- His Sins.
The Golden Butterfly- Who he was meant to be.
And The Galactic Time Traveler- The one he wishes to be.
Imagine that being a plot point in the anime.
That's so deep...
The repurposed cyborg- his unwilling future
The parallel warrior- his leftover memories
idk i just wanted to add mecha knight and parallel meta knight to this
Brawl - idk he got drugged
Fantastic medley my dude
Thank you!
glad you brought back the health bar. loved seeing it in the amazing mirror remix.
Fucking awesome to hear that! It was Star Abraham's idea, actually!
Hey, have you ever: Met A Knight?
*Heh*
oohhh MAAANNNN

Yo this comment better have a heart by the time they finish reading it.
You're absolutely right.
Oh shit it's a new Light Metas video. Really dig the soundfonts you used in this.
That's a relief honestly. :P Thanks for the comment!
Missed ya
THANK YOU! I was very much hoping to step up my game!
Been listening on SoundCloud the past few days. Something something YOURE BACK AGAIN something something good medley
In all honesty I love these 25-30 minute medleys of a whole stage/character. Great to put on in the background and just let it run!
0:12 jeez the halberd scenes remix is really cool
I know this is an extremely old video but I just gotta say you popped the fuck off with the Heavy Lobster theme, I always come back to it every now and again and somehow find a certain hidden instrument playing within the background song I didn’t notice before, same with the “Sketched” album you made a while back, seriously good shit Light MetaS.
You never fail to please us man.
The "Galaxia's last breath" one is actually my favorite! sorry to say you got criticism/backlash for doing original stuff with the ost, it makes it more interesting imo. love that track
Meta Knight is Meta Life!
My favorites are Intermission, Meta Knight's Scheme and Bonus Ending. Those are great!
You did a good job here! This Made my day 🎶 i'm proud of you!
Interesting favorites, I'm happy to see them! Thanks for the support.
These are without a doubt the best Kirby remix’s I’ve ever heard, everything fits together so perfectly.
Thank you!
I agree!
Love how the one you pushed back for fear of backlash was the best song of them all lol. Awesome medley.
The level design was kind of disappointing (if you ask me, it should've been made
single player first like Return to Dreamland), but everything else was amazing like always. I'm really excited for the new dream friends as well.
This track gave me a nostalgia overload.. God bless your work and a big sub to you 😭👌👍
Thank you very much! Blessings right back atcha.
I s e e w h a t y o u d i d t h e r e
This is awesome idk why I'm just finding this now but I'm here jamming to heavy lobster lmao
Man... this brings back so many memories of Super Star, the first Kirby game I played... makes me want to play it all over again.
I am awestruck. LightMetaS, your remixes amaze me.
Thank you very much... Got one more to go.
Love your medleys, I've listened to this one several times now. It's hot stuff.
Just amazing! I like that there's multiple endings, reminds of the game itself where you got probably eight different "The end...?"
LOL Yeah! I was thinking... how did they pry that many credit sequences into the same game without direct repeats?
Glad I listened to this after I finished my re run of SSU so all of these melodies are still fresh in my head.
NOICE!
@@LightMetaS wow, didn't see this reply till now
Absolutely fantastic, my dude.
Thank you very much.
Senpai noticed me!
:')
Damn, amazing, love it! keep up the great work as always bro! :D :D
Thank you very much!
Awesome! Nice details with the healthbar!
Also, I just looked in the description.
"Milky Way Fishes" XD
Thanks for the support! And yeah, I had a lot of fun playing KSSU/KSS for some of the footage. :P But all it takes are the memories, we've already had the experience of the game. I'll keep pushing, really appreciate the elaborate praise, let me know if you have any suggestions for future changes in the medleys!
Honestly, I hope you know just how much we appreciate this. The amount of care and passion you put into your work is inspirational and I'm so glad your content exists. The music is personal on a level you don't really see, and that's what makes you so amazing
This comment hit me pretty hard. Seriously. Thank you very much for expressing this gratitude.
Light MetaS Yeah man. Don't ever feel like we don't appreciate you
Whenever I see an upload, it’s an instant like from me. There honestly aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how much I appreciate you and your work! So just uh don’t stop being great thx
The English language hasn't been serving me well either, but allow me to express my gratitude in return! Thank you very very much!
Ai Lma0 same
Oh. My. Gosh. This is truly amazing. The sound, the music, the everything. The commentary in the video itself, rather than on the Soundcloud page was also a very nice touch.
Kind of hard to make a favorite's list since I realize the more I add, the more great ones I push to the bottom. >.< But here it is:
1. Meta Knight's Scheme + Galaxia's Last Breath**********
2. End (My Friend and the Setting Sun)
3. Meta Knight Duel
4. Above the Halberd
5. Halberd (On Deck)
6. Intermission (FUNKY Halberd Return)
7. Orange Ocean + Dyna Diversion
8. Halberd Escape
9. Bonus End (Milky Way Fishes)
10. Heavy Lobster
11. Halberd (Interior) Taking Over the Halberd
**********This track, while being my absolute favorite of the bunch, got me pretty confused in the beginning of the medley, and then regretful around 16:41.
The wait was worth it, but what would i expect from you, this is awesome, good work
that's very fulfilling to read. Thank you very much!
I’m glad you kept that intermission segment in. It sounded incredible!
That's great! Thank you!
I really enjoy the warning in the beginning :)
YES! It's here!
Heavy Lobster theme is amazing my broski!
Light MetaS | Yeah, I do love that to. Still, I feel you both are gonna make something great.
Damn, you have pushed the boat out with the visuals and everything. And the music of course. Can't forget that. ^o^
Thanks a lot, Thunderfire! Always good to see you drop in again.
Thanks. :) I need the music to keep going at work. I also need to actually do some writing at some point if I'm going to get the next big Kirby fic out.
(One day I'll have a house of my own and it will have a study. One day...)
Thank you so much, this is absolutely amazing. You've done such a great job with this, keep up this amazing work 👌❤
Thank you very much!
I love the Halberd Escape theme! It's a mood that the series never really touched. I'm glad you enjoyed the medley!
Light MetaS I finished my animation from your SKETCHED remix a while back. You can check it out on my channel. It’s not much, but I poured my heart into it, and I hope you like it.
Glad you finally titled the video.
LOL
You do the best Kirby OST Medleys
🤘
10:30 1.25 is another level
That Halberd Escape theme is intense as facing Primal Groundon and Kyogre
You've officially topped Jonny Atma in terms of number of Meta Knight remixes!
Yeah dude, keep up the good work! You two got some of the best kirby remixes in da world, love your stuff
Kirby and Wheely during the Intermission exhibit the only way to truly enjoy a Kirby song.
And the Halberd Escape is probably my favorite. Great job.
LOL Fucking awesome, thanks for the comment!
never clicked a video this fast in my life!
You need more subs man
Love that post-credit stinger!
LOL Thanks a lot!
You're a genius. You truly deserve more than what you have.
man this was really good! I would love to see more of these Kirby sound font medleys! (my favorite was probably the pokémon emerald one)
They _will_ be popping up somewhere in the near future.
Finally.
An Heavy Lobster remix.
I was waiting for this for so long.
Like all of your other remixes, I'll listen to this for months.
The best visual element is Kirby and Wheelie's dance during Funky Halberd Return. Everything is amazing (except for the timer skipping around during Meta Knight Phase 2 but that's a nitpick), but that dance is... just godlike.
Lyrics:
HEAVY
LOBSTER
HEAVY
LOBSTER
HEAVY
LOBSTER
HEAVY
LOBSTER
This is awesome!!! Keep up the AMAZING work!
I think you captured the intensity of Kirby very well.
Thank you very much.
LOOOOOOL ONE of the two laptops turned back on. I haven't tried the other. XD Thanks a whole bunch!
Pretty awesome 👏 👏👏 I expected nothing less. Great job to all three of you, these songs are fire!
Simply Beautiful
Thank you very much!
Light MetaS
👌😃
I really love the variety here. And the commentary is also very interesting. I appreciate all of the work you put in for this, it’s definitely showing! :D
I was a little concerned that the variety would be disorienting. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and the commentary! It makes me extremely happy that people have taken a liking to the style Star Abraham and I went with.
This is why I love this channel! You might wait a bit, but the results are worth it! 10/10 composition! Nintendo hire this guy, rn!!!
17:55 XD
LOL Thank you very much!
It's been way tooo lonnnggg. The world needs youuu.
DUN DUN DUN DUN ... DUN DUN DUN DUN....
DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN... DUN DUN DUN DUN!
Way to turn a repetitive and catchy tune into something ra-ra-raadical~
I really liked all of the little factual tidbits in the text too.
I try my best. I really should've made a Doomer remix as it is. :P I'll definitely be thinking about that. Thanks a lot!
this video was absolutely amazing I'm so glad you are continuing to make content because everything you've made is really amazing I absolutely love your remixes/remasters
keep up all the good work !!
Thank you! I like your profile pic. BTW!
thank you! nobody seems to appreciate beedrill anymore :(
This is amazing and TH-cam recommendations didn't bring it up sooner? >~
Dont worry about taking some liberties, worry about the identity of thre track. Your stuff is good for thr most part
Don't tell anybody.... (Whispers) This is probably my favorite comment. Maybe of all time? Love it. Thank you so much.
Nice remix. This will surely be despacito 2's nemesis.
dude take ur risks for all I care i just love your music and it will only sound better WITH the risks
You know what? You're absolutely right about that! Thanks for the comment!
youre welcome
:3
Btw: Super hyped for the morpho-medley ur workin on, and i wish u good luck on whatever u have left to do on that
Very nice, man!
Mr. Frosty is such a weirdo.
...I'm gonna be honest for a moment, I need an extension of Meta Knight's Scheme/Galaxia's Last Breath. That something you can do at some point?
I didn’t know I was listening to infinity war with that post-credits scene.
LOL
Ahhp! 😄
He did it! 😆
He put the game select in the intro! 😍
LOL I did! :P
as always your music is amazing , it's all got a certain quirky style to it , as with all your stuff. 110/10. I honestly want to see what you can do with "oppa toby style" from homestuck's [s] collide. it's an amazing song with a really chaotic beat.
I'll look up that track! Thanks for the feedback/support, the payoff for this one has been great.
no problem it's a song that i honestly think would sound amazing in your style
The setting sun nice
yo, just wanted to offer some constructive criticism. i noticed through most of the songs you would start epic then have a calm part towards the middle and then finish it off with some epicness. i feel this worked well for all of them except for halberd (on deck). i just feel that halberd (on deck) just works better when it's constantly fast paced. however, you immedietly came back with halberd (interior). this shift from fast paced to calm then back worked at it's best for that. made it feel more triumphant.
I love this so much! Great job as usual!
Thank you very much!
