So I'm not sure how to answer the shrinkage question because twists themselves are a method of keeping hair stretched. Additionally I sleep with them in those larger twisted sections. Not sure if tha belts? I love twists too. They're just easy 😌
@Naggayi thats normal so each morning sprinkle them with water while rubbing the water in and stretching the twists with your hand at the same time then the’re back to life
