Is it safe to visit now ? landslides are happening now. I have a ticket for next week, is it advisable to go ? Helicopter service is down ?

I don't think there would be safety issue as landslides on vaishnov Devi Trek is not so common as complete route is fully covered with protective sheds and fences.I recommend start from the new tarakote route and yes do carry raincoats with you.Also during rains the weather at and above bhavan becomes too cold , so better carry winterwears along. I think it's totally safe to go but if u have kids with you then you can re plan your yatra post monsoons..Jai Mata Di 🙏
