    Demand for houses are high, but affordable housing for working class Americans is nearly nonexistent. Owning a home has become luxury for the very rich and equity firms.

      That's why the demand is high. So the rich can buy more houses and rent it for the poor.

    This goof just a week before this video says to not buy this stock lol. Its the largest lumber and truss company in the US. They keep buying out their competition. Also no investors all cash flow company no debt

    Builders first source says it’s all about safety and its employees…. But as soon as your hurt because of faulty old equipment, they fire you and don’t cover your hospital bill!

    All The Builders Or Its Association Must Come Together As One ☝️ And Stabilize Prices At Least 3 To 6 Months In Order For The FED To Make Its Move. If You Look At The Recent Data , When Mortgage Rate Went Down From 8% To About 6.50% , Same House Went Up $50,000 On A New Development. We Have A Situation : Builders Control Inventory While FED Control The Rates And This Is A Free Market. New Labor Forces With Reasonable Income Can Not Afford A Roof To Cover Their Heads When Sun Or Rain Comes. Does This Really Makes Sense? And That Is Just My Opinion.     I worked for this company after they bought National Lumber in Massachusetts I worked for National Lumber for 20 years and when this company bought everything it went downhill and they started making life miserable for the senior employees of National Lumber
