Seeing the love and care that goes into setting up the vibe for each product photo makes me so happy! As an artist I love seeing the creative process and as a buyer I love just seeing stuff being used how it's meant to be so much more than just laying flat on a plain background. It gives them so much life! And having pets get in the way of the aesthetic photo is very relatable, lol.
Hi hi!! Thank you for this sweet and thoughtful comment!! I think the plain backgrounds are great especially for consistency, but I also personally think that doing a whole set is more fun ☺️☺️ and unaware pets sneaking their way into the spotlight is… a moment 😅😅 thank you so much for watching and hanging with me!!
looks great but what about camera specs? :3 i think the flat lay would have worked better with one of those overhead tripods (not sure what they're called). angling the table looked surprisingly good though. liked how you use the most of your natural setup with the window lighting.
Yes totally agree- an overhead rig would’ve helped a lot! I’m using a 50mm prime and I didn’t feel like I could capture the whole look so I think getting a 24mm would’ve been better suited for this project!
