Anthony I'm sure you'll agree with me here:
NECA has announced the release of four figures. I think this is fantastic because we're finally getting new Crash figures, however every single figure is a Crash variant - only collectors like me will be interested in several variants. Instead they could have done other characters.
The figures have the same body, they could have released a real "deluxe" figure and had four swappable heads, with flippers and diving gear, jetpack and jetboard all in one. This would actually give the figure some decent accessories and save the ball ache of buying the same figure four times over.
Also, the "replica crate" is quite the insult. Twenty years ago ReSaurus released Crash Bandicoot figures with foldable crates but they were PLASTIC...a printed piece of card is NOT a replica.

I think they should have made figures of his Villains and Allies. Also a Fake crash would have been a good Crash grab by Neca but they all seem like Cash Grabs.

Exactly, one of the things that makes you want to collect is completing the character cast.

I have the first single release and like it a lot. I do like this version for the jet board but I just can't justify paying full price for it since I have the first figure. Especially since they have other versions coming out

The first release came with a cardboard crate. Idk about this set having ever had that as a thing.

@@AnthonysCustoms Thanks. I remembered the cardboard one but I recall Randy mentioning the plastic ones in an interview at a con (SDCC maybe). I'm wondering if that will come later with another release or if they scrapped it
