I’m glad to see that you rinsed the soup cans with the milk. I see so many cooks waste food by not doing that. They don’t scrape their mixing bowls well, etc. It makes me cringe to see the waste. I love watching you and your hubby.
I love your videos. I have been watching for several years but I am not one that comments. I am a 72 year old from Georgia who does a lot of southern cooking. I made this recipe tonight and it was delicious. It was the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Just had to tell you how much my husband and I loved it. Love seeing Thomas when he cooks with you. Merry Christmas
What a great recipe, Catherine.....and I'll bet you can do this with leftover turkey!!! Hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving! Thanks for sharing!!!!
Hi Catherine! I went to your website to view the actual recipe and the ingredients were a bit different. It had spaghetti instead of penne (always a personal choice I'm sure), sour cream, minced garlic and roasted red bell peppers. Is there a version on your website that will have this videos' recipe so I know how to follow it exactly? It looks too yummy to pass up! 😁 Thanks! 🥰
A delicious looking casserole. It would be a great way to use up leftover turkey breast if you have any. ❤️ I read what sounds like a great idea, pulsing French Fried Onions in a food processor to make crumbs. The crumbs should make a great casserole topping.
Thank u for this! It looks absolutely delicious. Been looking for ways to use leftover turkey and I think this is it! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
Definitely going to try this recipe Catherine. It looks so good, not much of a spinach fan, but having it in this casserole wouldn't be so bad, just wouldn't want to eat just spinach. This is such a versatile recipe, can use just about anything in them, love it especially the one pot meals, can't go wrong with those! Have a Happy Thanksgiving weekend. Much love and stay blessed❤
I had this morning printed off a recipe for something very similar to this recipe. I wanted to make a casserole with the no boil lasagna noodles. I am going to make it by your recipe instead, but using the lasagna noodles and layering it.
This looks amazing! 🎉❤ Do you think cream cheese would work in there as well? Or do you think it would throw off the recipe? I can't wait to make this! 😊 Thank you!
I’m actually going to make this today with leftover turkey. I think it will be delicious! And I have a bag of fresh spinach so I will also use that. I don’t want to go to the store! 😅
This recipe sounds good and will give it a try. But to be honest, when I hear "Monterey Chicken" I think Catalina Dressing, BBQ sauce or Heinz 57 like the old Bonanza / Ponderosa restaurant's "Monterey Chicken"
Catherine, this looks delicious, but my husband has kidney stones and isn’t allowed to eat spinach. What could I substitute instead? Frozen peas and carrots?
I’m using my leftover turkey for this!! Thanks Catherine!!❤
For today's cooking lesson, I learned to drain the spinach. I learn something new with each video.
That looks delicious, there’s nothing better than mom’s home cooking. ❤
I love this one! Can’t wait to make it. I think hubby will love it too! Thank you, and keep these awesome dishes coming. You are appreciated!
Yay! Thank you!

You're welcome.
Hi Catherine Another great recipe Another great way to get excess water out of spinach and for draining cans of tuna is to use a potato ricer
That is a genius idea, I never thought to use a potato richer for squeezing liquids out of foods.. Thank you.
Mouthwatering!! Thanks so much.
Love & Blessings Catherine
Yes, I do want a bite. Looks yummy. Thank you for all your delicious recipes.

Do those crispy onions stay crispy after they are in the oven? Looks really good.

Sure, you can use peas & carrots.
❤❤❤❤
How about using Turkey instead of Chicken 😊 I love Pasta dishes 😋
Sure, you can do that.
Can't find this on website and how much boullion added to water?
Can you use fresh spinach?
Yes, you can.

You can use turkey!!!!
Sure can.
You had me up until you pulled out those nasty fake onion things.
Then leave them off. Geez.
What Maggie said.
I don't like all the hentai pasta
