The only reason she was not was because she got defeated by the dumb dumb real demon lord and Jahy just went “you are stronger, take the job” and they just rolled with it.

This is the anime where no one is really a bad guy. Even the self termed "bad guy" is actually good... or reformed to be a better version of themselves. Wholesome anime overall. Up there on my CGDCT anime.
