I already pay (a lot of) taxes (with many many years and many many exhausting nerve-wracking hours worked) in my (very expensive) country where we received many, many Ukrainian refugees that now have proper (expensive market rate) apartments, their car insurance, food and everything else PAID FOR BY ME, THE TAXPAYER. So thanks, I think I contribute enough already. I will send Putler (and by extension the Russian taxpayer and petro sector) the bill for reimbursement. I see one Russian flag here, I confiscate it immediately, together with the owners belongings and his gold teeth and potentially usable kidney, for monetization. Now, can I help with anything else? @Dante S I'm sorry but NATO letting us join them just saved us from the same fate Ukraine's facing right now. Before Russias WAR on Ukraine, less than 40% of finns wanted to join NATO, right after the invasion, it shot up to 80-90%. And our leaders listened to us and did what we wanted. And thanks to Russia we saw that they left us no other option than to join NATO. To quote our president, Niinistö, Putin "revealed the cold face of war" to us.

God ess the Ukrainians whose lives have undergone so many trials and tribulations. May He continue to provide medicine, housing, food and schools for the refugees. Often, you wear green (usually a darker shade), you look great in a lighter color. The white outlook was very fashionable. (And, really, as someone who has been helped by food banks, soup kitchens (canteens), and other services (needle exchanges and recovery programs) in the past, and also now volunteeres with such, I cannot say enough about how impressive, professional, and superior this operation seems... A big part of how places like this nay help is how they help people feel/realize that they are NOT second-class people, deserving of only second-class food and services: A bright, clean, friendly, and quality place like this goes beyond merely helping people survive! Honestly, these services seem better than those I have encountered in the U.S, and even Canada... keep up the good work! Cheers!

I've been watching your videos for quite a while - maybe a couple of years - and I have enjoyed them very much. Your skills as a filmmaker are developing really well, and this video must be one of your best yet. A real documentary, well-edited, informative and emotionally moving. Respect to you Natasha, and well done both to you and the people who worked with you.
Well, it's good video - an important video in what it says about the refugees and how it tells their story.. But it doesn't really show off what's truly special about Natasha's talent. For that maybe it takes the time for aimless meandering, the sudden switch of focus onto the seemingly mundane like a very slightly haunted hill or a charmingly obsolete tram that glows through the misty gloom.
Very nice to show the good work that is being done to support those in need. People helping people is always the best and we sure need more of it in this world.
Great video Natasha! You're a very good person and it's great to put a spotlight on these great people helping the Ukrainians and Georgians in these ways.
The Media is owned by the same handful of billionaires that just want to keep the public misinformed and placated. You don't get "real news" by watching the TV. It's nice that the poor people of Ukraine are being looked after better by OTHER countries, than their own corrupt country for once. But as NATO put them in this situation, it's kinda a given that NATO countries should pick up the tab anyways!
I am glad Natasha you made this follow up video. I was unsure about making additional donations to VT but now I have the confidence in this charity to sign up for monthly contributions. I prefer to give directly to locally based groups because all the money goes toward assistance versus fund raising and other administrative costs. I am also glad to give to Georgian aid group that supports refugees who fled eastward.

I've been watching your videos for quite a while - maybe a couple of years - and I have enjoyed them very much. Your skills as a filmmaker are developing really well, and this video must be one of your best yet. A real documentary, well-edited, informative and emotionally moving. Respect to you Natasha, and well done both to you and the people who worked with you.
Well, it's good video - an important video in what it says about the refugees and how it tells their story..
But it doesn't really show off what's truly special about Natasha's talent. For that maybe it takes the time for aimless meandering, the sudden switch of focus onto the seemingly mundane like a very slightly haunted hill or a charmingly obsolete tram that glows through the misty gloom.

Thank you for the update on the refugee situation. The media seems to consider it old news but people are still in need of help.
The Media is owned by the same handful of billionaires that just want to keep the public misinformed and placated. You don't get "real news" by watching the TV.
It's nice that the poor people of Ukraine are being looked after better by OTHER countries, than their own corrupt country for once.
But as NATO put them in this situation, it's kinda a given that NATO countries should pick up the tab anyways!

This is a part of the war I have never seen. You are doing a great job showing what is happening to some of the Ukrainian refugees.
I am glad Natasha you made this follow up video. I was unsure about making additional donations to VT but now I have the confidence in this charity to sign up for monthly contributions. I prefer to give directly to locally based groups because all the money goes toward assistance versus fund raising and other administrative costs. I am also glad to give to Georgian aid group that supports refugees who fled eastward.
