Fantastic info... basically power box and one extra clutch plate with rx135 clutch housing on RX 100 will make a big difference in terms of power and riding...

Sahi baat ki h apne .Resonator box ke liye 135frame me ek metal stud ( pin/ bracket) rehta hai ,wo rx 100 me nahi hota..humlog waisa same stud welding krwa saktey hn ya fir cello-tape se tightly fix kr saktey hn. Hello Sir..
I have installed a resonator box of Rx135 5speed on my stock RX100 with STD cylinder.
After installation I have felt the change in pickup.. Motorcycle feels very light and pick up is very good mid - range improved.
But the issue I am facing is :
After fitting resonator box I took a test ride
Everything's ok but whenever I take the clutch or try to slow the Motorcycle starts reving like something worth went with the carburettor settings.
In layman's term Gari bohot race hojati h neutral Karne par.
Did you face the same problem? Or this is because of 135 cc power box on 100cc
Should I try to install a KB100 pOwer box and try.?

Great to know that... Yes the rpm will lightly increase after resonator box installation..
In neutral slightly lower the rpm from the ideling screw ( big one)..

I removed the YEIS box from my RXG because I experienced a crack which leaked mixture of air and fuel and engine stops while in idle. If I recall I have replaced at least 3 box before changing to RX 100 manifold. Btw any idea where I can buy a new chassis frame for RXG?
Wondering what quality replica it was.. people have factory installed one lasting for 25+ years. Never heard of the box cracking.
Chassis are no more in production ..I remember last it was in 2018.

Kuch bhi hoskta hai. Local mech hi dekh kr bta payega exactly kya hai.
Agar 80 ja rha hai to clutch aur pickup coil ka problm nahi hoga.
Carburetor Tuning se kuch hai gdbd.

Sir ,rx 100 bore kit (98cm3)has been fitted with my yamaha rx135 5 Speed by the previous owner..& existing till today.. will it vary with the engine displacement ..any problem with it..or should change it..give me honest suggestion sir
There is no problm in that. Engine displacement is calculated from the cylinder only,no where else..
Keep riding it, its fine. People do it many a times instead of keeping multiple bikes

Spring ka koi performance related work nahi hai, so take it easy agar duplicate bhi hai ho..
After installation of YEIS OR POER BOX my Yamaha rx 135 4speed’s carburetor being so cold. Is this ok or i have to worry?

Do also you see cold water droplets outside the carb body after ride?? As it forms on the chilled water bottle outside surface .!!!

Sir, but maine bohot saare Rx100 ke engine pe YEIS ka sticker dekha h. Plz explain.
Those stickers are simply put because it was present in 135. Some mechanics when completely restoring the bike put that sticker along with the yamaha sticker on the side covers because i think when you're buying the yamaha sticker you also get yeis sticker. RX 100 never came up with YEIS. I'm currently owning the last batch of RX 100 (1995) and they dont have yeis technology

Yes you can...all the interchangeable
But better to change that broken box.

Do we have to tune the carborator after installing power box ? , because I just restored my rx 135 I was not getting this parts so for some time I had to put rx100's manifold , later I got the parts and we just remove the 100's manifold and put 135's and the power box but the issue I was facing that after installing it we started the bike and automatically without touching any settings of carborator RPW was so high we thought that may be the box has some leak again we remove only box not that rubber pipe and cover the pipe hole with finger which goes to power box and automatically RPM came to normal in ideal . later I checked my box it has no leak. so i think may be it is because we have tuned it without power box and later we installed the box and didn't tuned it . What is the wrong process we are doing help me with that. Great video 👍
You are doing all correct.There will be a very very minimal rise..not even easily noticeable rise in rpm after installing it..
Still if you are getting a very higher risr rpm, just lower the rpm from the ideling screw. There is no harm in doing this.
Note- don't change anything from the tuning screw..
*Use water to check the power box oncr again.
@@MotoTravelRide Thanks for the reply , Yes I checked the leack with water and even with air pressure found no leak , this time I will try doing as you said and what if i Rest set and again tune the carb after fitting it is this will work ?
First of all it should not have happened. but still you can ,Resetting the tuning might work, try and take note of performance..

I have applied this on my rx 100 but after installing when i start the bike the race is automatically increasing to full throttle without even accelerating. ?????
check your cable adjusters beneath the tank or the slide it must be struck somewhere. installing this hans nothing to to with RpM increase...
check th3 cables carefully.

Mujhe lagata hai engine heat se bachane ke liye ...& look.. different to Suzuki bike
