Sorry, where does it say GOD does not want them? Consider who did HE choose? First, HE does not HAVE to choose anyone. However, before HE made the world HE made the choice that HE would reunite all who come to him of their free will. The bible says: It is GOD's will that all would be saved. So HE chose all... potentially. But the pre-requisite is Love. HE is incapable of fulfilling his will for any that would not come of their free will, because to do so would require denying them their free will. GOD does not make slaves. Whereas that is ALL Satan can do. Your response might be that a father would certainly deny his child's will if in that child's ignorance he was doing something to harm himself. But no father, even the Father in heaven, can force a child to love him. Love, by definition, is an act of free will. And it requires love to be joined with, to become one with, another. But some choose to love themselves. That even if GOD would love them, they will NOT love him. Satan, is more than happy to let them love themselves. For in doing so, they deny the will of the Father to have union. And since they are image bearers possessing immortal spirits the father gave them, when they leave this place they go to a place where the Holy Spirit is not. And Satan is pleased. His lies have succeeded in escorting an image bearer, whom GOD has chosen, to an eternity without their father. to be enslaved to their selves. So the question for you and all is, are you willing to have a GOD above yourself? to love another more than you love your self? If so, turn to the Father, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open. And HE who is love will indwell you and through you spread his love to your spouse and your children. And all of you will grow in that love and have a peace that surpasses understanding.
