These kits are great until you need a spare or missing part. Nerrad dont want to know, they just fob you off to their so called distributors who cant get parts either, customer service is crap. Theres even a Nerrad superstore website who took my money for over a month and delivered nothing, didn't answer my emails, thank God for PayPal, money snatched back!!!!!

hi just started watching your channel ,this is my second video of yours i have watched . i am a 60 year old time served plumber nearing the end of a two year absence from the game due to two new hips and two new knees , the joys of spending 8 hours a day on my knees. i like the more true to life videos you do,replacing the mira shower made me smile as i have installed dozens, but replacing parts is a bleeding nightmare , theres always a rusted screw . When you're halfway under a sink and your shoulder and arm are burning and there's noises being made you didn't know you had....the Nerrad Tapex Kit is what you need. Fingers crossed! Nerrad Tapex kit 👍 Hiya mark had to get the Nerrad kit bit in first I fit bathrooms for the elderly and disabled and can relate to the problem you had with the rad pipe in the last video so I wanted to share my experience when dealing with radiator pipes that keep letting water through to where you want to solder the joints, what I do is get the wet-vac and put it over the other pipe (feed or return) so it pulls the water away from where you are trying to work works every time for me and I’ve done the same with water pipes if I’m soldering the sink cold I’ve put the vac on the bath cold ect.. all the best to you and the family keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing your next video 👍

Hi Mark just a quick tip for prying off parts, I use a set of plastic pry tools that are for removing car interior parts, they are non marring and quite strong and only cost a few quid on line but they help when removing shiny or plastic bits so you don't chip or mark them.
I do that with my systems good to see elsewhere NERRAD TAPEX KIT I nearly brought one two years ago but was a little unsure about it looks like a great product
I had a couple of those mira showers to do recently Mark. One went like a dream, the other was a right bastard. Wont b without my nerrad kit mate, it's a game changer for me
