Don’t think that’s a Silverado, sorry. Silverados were loaded. They had a/c, p/s, wiper delay , etc. Think someone swapped some fender badges.
But, you could delete power windows. 79 was the first year the C10 trucks even had power windows, locks, and wiper delay as an option. Silverado package started more of a chrome trim option than power options.
