Few years ago, same mentality was there among chennai people due to dravidian parties. Its high time center should give funds and investments to Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, Bhubaneswar etc. These cities have IT infrastructure and can be scaled up easily. Why rely on one city ? It is like putting all investments and talents in one basket.

Customers are local natives.
Job of sales manager is driving the business thru executives (basically scolding executives in filthy words in Hindi) asking them to get accounts.
What merit is required there in management level jobs here.

All these politicians know that as soon as this bill is passed and the bill goes to the court for hearing, the court will reject it, because it is against the Constitution and fundamental rights. And according to Article 13, if any law goes against the fundamental rights then the court can strike down that law. And it is not that the law makers do not know that this law will be repealed, but they will have an excuse to fool the public that we had tried but the people of North India and the BJP got that law repealed. Because they cannot blame the court as it would amount to contempt and no one wants to confront the court. So those who are working in Bangalore, keep working, don't be afraid. Such laws come every day and are repealed every day. Many states of India have brought such laws many times, and every time the Honorable Court has struck down such laws and reprimanded the government.

The law of the land will prevail not person from some other state take his job away , states can have its own law enacted for the welfare and wellbeing of its citizens not country as a whole, whose job is taken away the job of some other state person,he cannot claim job in our state as it is against law what ever his right he has to claim he has in his state that is constitution

Of course, the state government can make laws for the welfare of its citizens but without harming the basic structure of the Constitution. And Article 19 of the indian constitutional gives the citizen of india the right to live and work in any corner of the country. And this is a fundamental right and no government can harm it. Even before, other states like Haryana, Punjab, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Bihar,kerala have tried but were never successful. The law made by the legislature of any state can never exceed the Constitution nor go against the Constitution of the country, the High Court and the Supreme Court can tear that law and throw it in the dustbin at any time. And no citizen ever moves to any state. He goes from one city to another in his country of India, he has complete constitutional freedom which cannot be reduced by anyone, people from every corner of India live in my city Delhi, people from all South Indian states, we hindi people never discriminate against them. But it is the people of the South who are jealous of the people of the North, who are slaves of political parties like DMK, CPI(M) Congress.

Because unlike America, Indian states cannot give citizenship to the residents of their state, there is only one citizenship in this country and that is the citizenship of India. Prasad, I am based in Karnataka and I love the state. I am learning Kannada and it is a beautiful language. Kannadigas are the best people in terms of accommodativeness. But, honestly speaking, Companies tend to hire those who can do their job at cheapest price. They don't care about the language, ethnicity, religion, caste etc. If Kannadigas are not getting jobs, it may be that they are either charging too much or they are not interested in doing that job or they are not able to compete with those from outside. Something for Kannadigas to think and take corrective action. I do want my Kannadiga brothers to get most jobs but that has to be through competition and not through reservations.
