Hello thank you very much for your tutorials have helped me a lot when disassembling and reassembling this computer. When removing I broke a (red) connector cable that puts your video 8:12 minute mark. I could tell that it serves the cable going to the LCD display to see if it is important and necessary. Done could get the parts? Thank you very much
Great video! I'd like to suggest making a note on what size the screws are, even if it's just a simple Big, Medium, teeny. I hate getting down to the last one and finding out it's the wrong length >.
Very nice work sir. I have one issue. Once I put everything back together, and boot, it turns off instantly. I have gone through the re-assembly twice. What did I miss?

Hi. What is the cable @ 4:25? I missed it and do not know what to search for on ebay. Help please.
Hi. It's just a ribbon cable. Maybe search for "Hp Pavilion DV6700 touch pad ribbon cable."
Thanks. I didn't know what is the purpose of that cable. Touchpad or something else. Thanks anyway.
Great Tutorial........Thank You Sir.

More info. It starts to boot and about 5seconds into it the laptop instantly powers down. Almost like there is a short. Any ideas would be awesome!
