From a bolton fan, i do reckon with VAR, the 1st goal mightve seen maghoma caught offside and our last goal could definitely have been disallowed for introducing on the keeper's space (if VAR deemed the ref's decision as a clear and obvious error which is up for debate), but there's no VAR. And bolton have had a fair few bad decisions go against us and its probably our time to get some good karma.
Fair assessment but is what it is, role on Tuesday

I came across your channel last year mate when we played you in the plat-offs ! I was dreading it when you finished 6 th and had to play you again , we dont normally have any luck with barnsley your a bit of a bogie team for us ! If we had'nt of got that 3rd goal i would'nt have fancied us going thru but now im as confident as i'll ever be ? We've only lostt 3 in 45 games at home and we dont get beat to often by 2 goals either ! You'v no chouce in coming forward next week so i think we'll just sit back and hit you on the break and take the oppotunitues what we create on the ball aswell ? I think the game on or finushed whoever scores first ? You score its game on and if we score its done and if we do i think we will end up 3-0 ? C ya next week ! Goodluck 👊

As well as having a shockingly poor set of officials for this game we didnt start playing on the floor until Cosgrove came on after hoofing to Santos for 70 minutes. What a waste of the first 70 minutes of the game for us. Mcatee should have been taken off much earlier. He was really poor tonight.

We sold out all our 2,163 tickets in 16mins. West Yorkshire police didn't want a larger travelling away support to deal with on a their busiest night of the week, and therefore limited supply. Wanderers are the 2nd biggest club by average attendance this year, and Barnsley missed out on some significant revenue from the turnstiles.
