Bearbeitungszentrum C 22 UP mit Palettenwechsler PW 150
Hermle Azubis bei einer typischen Vesperpause im Hause Hermle.
Wurstdosen öffnen und Brot schneiden mit einem vollautomatisierten und
über iPAD steuerbaren Bearbeitungszentrum C 22 UP.
Die verwendeten Lebensmittel wurden nicht verzehrt und im Anschluss fachgerecht entsorgt. Die verwendeten Kühlschmierstoffe sind NICHT Lebensmittelecht.
Nicht zur Nachahmung geeignet!!

Da kann jeder Lehrling mit vollstem Stolz sagen dass er einen tollen Arbeitsplatz hat ! ich bereue es so sehr dass ich meine Lehre halbherzig des Vaters Willen als Koch gemacht hatte und jetzt mit traurigem Gefühl sehen muss wie schön eine lehre doch sein kann ! Respekt an aller Hermlianer !
Next time I buy a can opener it's going to be a Hermle! Shame I can't get a C12 for less than $400K (cough cough)...

it indeed is a fun project and should entertain... those are all apprentices and they got the chance to make a entertaining video... but some people don't have enough sense of humor as it looks like... ;-)

also wenn die frühstücksecke sich so mitten in der werkstatt zwischen den maschinen befindet , läuft jeder werksarzt und die bg direkt amok wegen den betriebsstoffen , die ja nun nicht wirklich gesundheitsfördernd sind .....

well guys , what to say , its a nice try. love the machines but ...... i would do educational explanatorily direction for your marketing purposes. Check out what americans are doing whit marketing maybe , haas or tormach for example, its not easy to combine these 2 fields, showbisnise and engineering but it can be done and it is awsome when done right.
no disrispect , of corse , i highly respect what you are doing , this is just a bit of konstructive criticism.
+sarsonm Lucky for machinist's that they know that HAAS or Tomarch or grade 10 for marketing and grade 0 for machine tools, and so this kind of marketing is no problem for HERMLE.
Only problem is when shop owners don't ask machinists what to buy, that is when marketing comes in place...
+budzab i agree hermle is in a nother category , thats why it is a shame they dont describe their product as it should be described , take apple for example , most of their technology is stolen from other companies but they know how to market it in a right way so people think it is their idea remember people " packed sels the product "
this video was (from what I know) a company apprenticeship fun project to entertain people and customers as well as people on TH-cam... a fun video to entertain... why do so many people not have humor... it sometimes looks like every commercial has to be completely technical and can't be as funny as for example car commercials or the ones for insurance companies... okay... some of those are actually stupid... but to be honest... this was a fun project from apprentices of the company that got the okay to do a fun vid to ENTERTAIN ;-)

people from the high-end machining and engineering are so stuck up, boring - not to mention their salesmen who think they're some kind of alpha males in their cheap suits.. about 9 years ago I ordered a quite special and expensive modular vice from one large multi-brand distributor only to have the order cancelled without pretty much any explanation and no telephonic contact from their side.. 2 weeks later I came to their booth at the convention only to have their sales director look at me with a smirk, not tell me a single word and turn around and go talk to someone else (I asked them at the booth if they could provide me some info on what happened to the availibility of the vise). Long story short, about a year ago a tooling company sent a salesman to my factory to talk about inserts for our next projects and what do you know.. this piece of shit who arrogantly blew me off at the convention shows up at the door... i told him to get back to his car and fuck off as fast as possible before I lose my temper and wrote an email to the company only to have them say sorry and they sent a different salesman.... big money, big orders change men .. mostly to worse.. the kids in the video are having fun something that I also permit in my factory
