1. I think health is absolutely vital for everyone. We often tend to forget to take care of our health by giving so many reasons like ' I am swamped ' , ' I have no time for that right now ' , ' Maybe I can do this later ' and so on. But the thing is just to set aside some time for that and do some physical exercise. At least we can take a 15 - minute walk after having each meal. That will definitely be beneficial to our health. I dare say that if you keep putting off to take great care of your health , you will absolutely regret one day. 2. I started doing yoga since June. So I have been doing it for nearly 4 months. Actually I used to neglect my health . I didn't do any physical exercises let alone yoga. But I realized that if I kept staying like that , it would affect my health sooner or later as I am a sedentary worker. So I made up my mind to do yoga at least 30 minutes a day. Since then I do yoga without fail every morning before I take a shower and I have become passionate about it. Doing yoga has given me lots of benefits . I feel fresh , active and energetic. And I can also concentrate in my work more than I used to. It is good for both physical and mental health. If you are a person who is stressful , it is a good idea to do yoga. Because it can incredibly reduce your stress. It can also keep you in good shape. That's why I will make sure to do yoga to maintain my good health. Thanks a ton, Jack 💛
Thanks for your thorough reply! I have never tried yoga but I have been thinking about taking it up due to posture issues. I spend far too much time sitting down at my computer (editing these videos)! Anyway, I appreciate your thoughts on today's topic and I hope you have a great week!
Thank you so much Jack, for this extremely useful IELTS podcast, I've learnt some new vocabulary as well, and I can say that pandemic deteriorated mental health of lots of people, including me during covid and lockdown I was so depressed and started to eat more unhealthyly immediately incresed my weight and now I do some vigorous exercise to be in shape, but one positive impact in covid was that I'd had more time to work in my English and become better and better step by step. 😊😉
Hi Анна! Yes, I think that combination of deteriorating mental health leading to physical issues was common unfortunately. It has been a horrible time but hopefully we are moving in the right direction now. I'm glad you got some extra time to work on your English though!😀
Hello dear mentor, I truly agree with you, in addition, I assume that humans should devote attention to their health, no smoking,less drink,less stress besides workout.these ways can be really good for our overall health.life is piece of a cake💗💗💓💓❣️❣️
