I don't smoke, don't drink any type of alcohol either. Morning routine, meditation, active exercises, muscle gain, skin care and ofc getting enough sleep, so i strongly recommend this to other people
Make a mountain out of a molehill: Making a mountain out of a molehill is an idiom referring to over-reactive, histrionic behaviour where a person makes too much of a minor issue. And thanks for the excellent course on IELTS speaking ❤
I try to lead an active life as well as I keep my fit and reduce screen time in my spare time, additionally I derive lots of healthiness by getting enough sleep. When it comes to unhealthy habit. I usually overindulge for fast food such as burger and pizza,French fries 🍟 and when I stay out I tend to eat late at night around 11:00 or 12:00, what's more I get back to sleep a bit later.
Quite a good answer, just a little feedback: It should be "stay fit", not "keep my fit", and usually it would be "derive lots of benefits FROM getting enough sleep." Careful with the plurals too! Hopefully it's helpful =]
hmm I don't have health classes at school, but i have biology, in which I have to learn about structure, function of our body parts, the process of growth and development in individuals, thereby knowing how to keep healthy and avoid do harm to our bodies via our diets and activities.
1. How do you keep healthy? well,.. I try and lead a very active and stress-free life i've got a regular workout routine and thats been working wonders, generally speaking keep fit-- do regular exercise i eat a well-balanced and low-fat diet i drink water to stay hydrated reduce screen time to kind of to be healthy i get enough sleep 2. What good habits do you have i try and get full eight hours of sleep every night, manage my stress practise daily gratitude mindfullness healthy habits: healthy sleep habits, healthy relationships assertive commnication confidence time management skills 3. do you have any unhealthy habits sometimes i indulge in sweet things sometimes i dont drink enough water i dont get enough exercise very often 3. did you have any health classes at school teach you how to be healthy how to take care of myself eating healthy i learned nothing social education which were about to healthy relationships
Some excellent ideas here, however some things to feedback on too: "reduce screen time to kind of be healthy" "I try and get A full eight hours of sleep every night" "taught you how to be healthy and how to take care of yourself by eating healthy, however I learned nothing. We had social education which WAS about how to have healthy relationships". Hopefully it helps =]

Hello guys, great episode, thanks a lot. Rory said: You're making a mountain out of molehill. It means that you are exaggerating small things, right?
Absolutely right =]

That's quite useful actually.
One piece of feedback: it should be "avoid doing harm" (avoid + ing). Hopefully it's useful.
