People aren't talking enough about the Mavs. They just went to the finals with the current team and THJ was out of the rotation. They've replaced THJ with Klay and replaced DJJ with Naji Marshall. I see that as the best offseason possible. I think the Mavs can win it all next season
@@EnZo7992That's the only thing that can stop us. It was also a major factor in Boston even making it to the Finals. Every superstar in the east was hurt in the '24 playoffs.
The biggest win in picking up Grimes is that he replaces THJ.... honestly, with respect, getting rid of THJ for literally nothing would have been a win, so picking up a player that can play some defense and contribute off the bench is huge for The Mavericks. Klay gonna get the most wide open shots of his career and Lively getting that second year leap will be massive. If PJ can get even a little bit more consistent on that 3PT shot, Mavs have a serious starting 5 with good bench depth
They added Klay Naji & Grimes. All amazing 3poimt shooters and defenders even though klay has slightly digressed but still great roster and one of the deepest bench ITL. Also spence, great ball handler and can create shots and was a huge part of that 2022 WCF run. They are just a few pieces away from beating Boston and I think they’ll be able to this time with hopefully a HEALTHY Luka and Kyrie getting over the hump. Whoever they met, I think they will beat. They should be the favorites, no doubt💯💯
@@bailoch 💯 Klay’s about to find out how much easier life is as the third banana to Luka and Kai…he’s about to get the same Luka Bump that saw career best shooting/scoring from DFS, THJ, Dinwiddie, Bullock, DJJ, PJ, Gafford…hell, even Kyrie resurrected his career next to LD Klay might score 20+ a game on 45% from deep! 😮
Indeed, but although I think it’s a step in the right direction, I still have them missing the playoffs, but finishing higher in the west above Portland and Utah. The west will be a bloodbath next season, and almost every team is starting to get better.

Why would you believe that Cp3 is actually going to help them? Remember Cp3 against Dallas in the playoffs? Cp3???? He couldn’t help GS!
Anyone with a brain understands that CP3 knows basketball in and out and will help Wemby develop. Look at how well that OKC team did with CP3. Also anyone who watched GSW knows he had a good season and was not why they weren’t good. But you already proved you don’t understand how a HOF level player would help a 20yro develop.
@@JonathanWoodall Even tho they’ll most likely miss the playoffs and play-in tournament next season, I do think they got a little better thanks to adding CP3, but they still need more help on the team. I do think they will finish the regular season as the 13th seed in the west about Portland and Utah. CP3 may never win a ring, but I do agree with you that he’ll most likely be in the hall of fame when he retires.
Klay average 18 while being guarded like he 21 and his own team cutting his minutes and not featuring him next to curry...they tried to make him lead the bench unit...that's not his game dummy...and still averaged 18 lol
@@juiceplanet147 Y’all may finish top 3 in the east, but y’all are NOT finishing above the Celtics and Knicks regular season. Knicks even had a better regular season than the Celtics I think.
Kyrie, Luka, Klay, PJ, and Lively is nasty. Much more depth too, go Mavs.
Grimes/Exum Naji marshmall Gafford Dinwiddle/Hardey is really insane no lie.
I’m excited about Naji and Grimes too

Ppl always count the Mavs out. Hope they prove everyone wrong this season!
Not to mention if they actually stay fully healthy as a team the whole season, man.

Mavs trading for Quentin Grimes was a solid move too watch him for 6MOY

Mike Miller: how will the best catch-and-shoot off ball player go playing next to the the best open shot generating guard combo in the league? 🤔 😂
but it’s the wArRiOrS sYsTeM. The system that led to Klay being gassed constantly moving off ball and missing the playoffs?

As a Mav fan, Spurs getting CP3 is huge and is a scary thought for Wemby’s long term development.
