What happened to a real nurse?

MA's are just as much qualified to do these procedures. Nurses mostly work in hospitals. We are thoroughly trained. This is offensive to MA's that worked very hard at school for this career.

Alexandra Alwine I agree! MAs can do the job equally, if not better, than nurses. I'm not trying to put nurses down in any way. I just know from personal experience (being an MA myself) that I'm knowledgeable and quite capable of performing this stuff - I work in an OBGYN office.
