- New year, new sounds, new ideas! ❤
Many of us use these sounds for sleep, whether to drown out external noises, or simply as background ambiance to minimise distractions. However, I am increasingly convinced that they can provide additional health benefits and may even contribute to the healing process.
I've been looking at the 9 Solfeggio frequencies, which are specific sound patterns believed to possess extraordinary properties that promote various aspects of health, depending on the frequency used. I am planning to incorporate them more into some of my sounds - starting with Juniper Noise!
To create this sound, I started with the Juniper plant, known for its associations with healing arthritis and gout. I meticulously edited the sound of Juniper leaves, berries, and branches rustling, elongating and filtering them to produce a calming green frequency. This foundational layer was further complemented with the inclusion of the 174Hz Solfeggio tone, reputed for its ability to alleviate pain and stress, enhance concentration, and instill a sense of security in the body's organs. It has also been suggested that this frequency can induce muscle relaxation, reducing tension and easing migraines.
So, made with lots of love and care, please enjoy Juniper Noise!
MADE USING: Juniper branches, berries, sand sticks and fabric scratching.
I am all for the flora concoctions in 2024.
I really appreciate your work having a sense of motion to it and not just stagnant sounds to fill space. One can close their eyes and be whisked right through the clouds with this.
Thanks again, Joshua! I often take on board what you say, and you're right - sometimes a bit of motion or movement can enhance the sound experience and can make it a bit more palatable. I suppose it makes it sound less artificial, maybe? ❤️
@@sound_asleep_asmr it’s extremely humbling to think even an iota of what I say is regarded, so thanks.
And yes, how you’ve rewritten the rules is precisely what separates you from something completely manufactured in a “synthetic” sense. I don’t know the actual process used elsewhere or anywhere really, but it can’t be much more than tapping into so-and-so colored frequency and just pulling that tone for 12 hours.
You’re a lot more organic. Sure, you collect everything digitally, but all of your tones are coming from something natural and tactile.
The wonderment and amusement in knowing that a bowl of fruit or grains of rice or a sprig of this are adding their own little bit to something unique also solidifies your place head and shoulders above the rest.
You seem to have no shortage of imagination, and I look forward to wherever the year takes you.
@@sound_asleep_asmryes and I like these more abstract sound ideas! The layers, dynamics and movement. I sleep with the triple berry smoothie one like every night, but this one is awesome too!
I can feel this sound all the way down to my toes! My new favorite!
It made the headache go away and my eyes could barely stay open, I felt a cold breeze run through my body, I think it's one of my favorites for now
Lovely to hear 😊 ♥️
Refreshing 🍋🌲✨
Juniper is a wonderful herb. Thank you for your imagination.
Thank you for your lovely comment 😊 ❤️
Sounds like a gong, at the opening, and then this nice bass-y, pepper-y, gentle dragon-breathing juniper wonder. Very nice. 🌿🐉
How does pepper sound? j/j😂
I love the description, Pamela! ❤️ 😍
Reading your video description, I kinda get the sense of when a Sommelier explains the composition of a wine you are about to taste. ❤
Haha, sometimes I think I overexplain. Thank you for reading, though. Not many people do. ❤️ ❤️
@@sound_asleep_asmr omg no, please keep doing it! And Keep up with the awesome job you do!
Every time I see a new one on my page, I have to hear it immediately
Like I'm almost shopping for my favorite one
By the way, so far, "Sage" - love it
I love that notion of shopping for your favourite! Great description! 😊 and thank you so much for listening ❤️
I’ve been listening to herbal tea noise every night and decided to switch it up. This is lovely 😴🙏🏻
Pleased to hear you've found a new favourite, Leighann! ❤️
Well, this is a gem indeed!! Arthritis & Tinnitus relief! You've managed to cover my 2 main issues... as well as giving me a good night's sleep as always. Thank you once again! 💚💤
❤️ Hopefully this can alleviate them for you, in some way. I'm by no means a doctor, but the anecdotal evidence suggests it could offer some relief. Let me know how you get on 😊 ❤️
Please do a whole gemstone series!
Diamond 💎
Pearl !
Emerald 😊
Gold 🎉
Love this idea! Thank you! ❤️
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are so welcome! ❤️
I loved your brown noise. As someone with chronic migraines and muscle pain, I’ll be a case study for you with this one. Regardless, it’s a lovely sound mix. Thanks.
You're so welcome. 😊 I hope your migraines improve ❤️
I really like this one. Thank you your sharing this with us all. My 2 y/o is already showing signs that she has sensory issues. I mainly use your videos to help while she's sleeping. She's very difficult to get to sleep and stay sleeping until she rested. She has the worst case of fomo I've ever seen and the slightest sound can cause her to wake. Your videos help to mask obnoxios and distracting noise within our home and comfort and relax her so she can rest. Tonight she is sick with an upper respiratory illness and I was thinking how amazing it would be to have a video with all the combinations of colored sounds that not only helps with r & r but also helps the healing process.
Aww, thank you! So pleased this is able to help you (and your little one). My youngest is 18 months, and these are a God-send. They help her sleep and keep her there. 😴 ❤️
The sound of winter
Oh THIS is my favorite by far 😤 sound, picture, name, everything
Aww thank you! ❤️
This is amazing, I can't wait for bedtime now!
Hehe, I hope you slept well! 😴 ❤️
This is sheer perfection for me; thank
You! 💕
Aww, thank you so much. I'm so pleased it's able to help! ❤️ 😊
Just got out of my radox juniper and thyme bath and see this, time to take a nap on this lazy sunday afternoon ❤❤
I really love this one.
It sounds like a cozy house being buffeted on a windy night. Put me right to sleep. Thanks so much!
Hehe lovely description! ❤️ Glad you enjoyed it!
Always excited to hear a new sound. Cant wait for pickle noise.
You and your pickle noise! 😊
Juniper is one of the names ive been thinking about renaming myself to, nice to know what it would sound like
Juniper is an awesome name (if you go with it)! 👌
@@sound_asleep_asmr thanks! :D
I'm OBSESSED. not only is it soothing but it also gives me that tingly/scratchy asmr feeling (which I've never gotten from a video like this before)!
Wowzers! So pleased you liked it 😊 Feel free to subscribe and stick around for more sounds ❤️
This put me right to sleep! Excellent as always! Thank you! 💜
You're so welcome, Ashley 😊 Hope you are well and having a great start to the year! ❤️
a trip to juniper 🏃🏽♀️🌙
did you mean Jupiter hehehe
Juniper is a plant
@@bitter-bit 😭😭 yes i meant Jupiter! i didn’t even notice hahah. ty for telling me, didn’t know that juniper was a plant?
@@unbotheredsis1934I'm glad someone came to tell you and that they were kind about it. It's an understandable mistake. They sound alike enough to be confused.
@@McButtsTheCrimeDog yes same here :)
I thought it was actually an intentional quip and lol’d 😁
This one is nice. I like the ruby and cinnamon ones as well. Could you do a turpentine or pine? I'm exploring the healing power of pine and thought I'd ask.
Thank you ❤
Much love
I'll add that to my list! Thanks for the suggestion 😊
Dramatic sound
This is amazing.
I used to love Juniper lotion 😊. I will absolutely sleep 😴 with this tonight.
Thank you so much!
You're so welcome! Hope you enjoy, Vanessa! ❤️
My fave at the moment
Aww so pleased you're enjoying! 😊 Wishing you a great sleep tonight! ❤️ 😴
this healed my gout
Oh yeah, that's deep
I think ill try this tonight
Requesting Tumbleweed noise! It’s light crispy brushing sounds. Last week I was on a desert road off a highway and it was windy. Seemed like hundreds of tumbleweeds rolled toward me and lots bounced off my truck it was pretty cool. I stopped and it took me awhile to catch one rolling towards my truck.
Wow, not thought about that sound. I like it, in theory. I'll have a think ❤️ 🤔
Perfect. Love it
Thank you! 😊 ❤️
I LOVE THIS! Thank you! 🙏 ☮️🕉
Glad you enjoyed it, Jenn! ❤️ Hope 2024 is treating you well 😊
@@sound_asleep_asmr Thanks!
It's pretty good so far, thanks! I hope the same for you and yours! 🙏☮️🕉
My Favorite ....
Thank you so much! ❤️ 😊
YES!!!!!
I would love to hear rose noise if you haven't made one, vanilla noise too?
Great ideas! I'll add them to my list! ❤️ ❤️
@sound_asleep_asmr Sweet! Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I love your videos! Right now my favorite is cinnamon rain!
@gothmaze Aww thank you. Well, if you have any other sounds you'd like to hear, just let me know 😊
Oh yeah😴this, this is nice ✈️💚
Thank you! ❤️ 😴
This has a wintery sound and I could imagine some Swedish farmhouse in the winter with low growing windswept junipers around.🤔someone inside the house is sitting by a fire drinking some drikke (made from juniper) and propping their feet up while the cat purrs on their lap.
I used to love using this. Now, an ad wakes me up after 4 hours of good sleep. Not happy!
One of the closest sleep sounds to being in an airplane I’ve found yet. Thanks.
YES! Agreed.
Oh man, airplane naps are the best. 😌
You can't treat gout with this obviously but if you fall asleep it's a win.
💚
In bed with my beloved German shepherd Juniper curled up by my legs.....
Awww! Hey Juniper! 👋 🐕 Hope you like it too!! ❤️
🔥😴
It says migraine, but it also helps with my tension headache
That's great to hear. Hopefully, you're doing OK ❤️
💚💚💚💚💲
Read the description! Wow! Y'all really care about us ❤
standing in a field at night, pondering the horrors of war
There's another page stealing all your ideas, like their covers look exactly like yours... not cool!
Thanks for letting me know. ❤️ Sadly, I've seen. Hopefully, YT can do something, but I'm not optimistic.
I love your work but this one is too repetitive.
