Symbiotic - Starset Cover - Outtake Version - María Pagán

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a lovely time these Holidays, to all those celebrating. 💚 I haven't been able to film a new cover (or even practice!) because I caught the flu twice back to back (right after a cold! So I was sick three times back to back!) while I was working at a school. The children were AMAZING, I love them and I will always be their "cool teacher" 😂 But I had to leave that job for the sake of my sanity and also my respiratory health lol I think I was sick the entire time I was there except for a couple of weeks. The only thing I will miss from working there will be the kids. They were so much fun and I am super grateful I got to meet them and be their science and math teacher 💖. Anyway, I didn't want to end the year with at least one more upload. Next Saturday, the 30th, I will share a compilation video with all the videos I have posted this year on this channel, including the shorts. Just a little something to look back on the year. Sometimes we don't notice just how much we have accomplished, and we beat ourselves up about not having done "enough". I definitely do that, so it's a good thing to look back on the year and see that you in fact DID something, even if that something was just a nice breakfast you managed to make or that day you found a cool-looking leaf on the ground--noticing it alone is an accomplishment, with all the distractions and all the things actively trying to distract us all the time these days. It's the little things. Little things are so, so important; they're what make our life! 🦋
I hope you like this version of "Symbiotic" by Starset. This is one of my outtakes for this song, the one I didn't mess up so much that day 😂. Fun fact: this was actually the first version I filmed last year, but I didn't upload it because... my hair looked messy ☠️. So I went back the next day and filmed a second version, which is the one I ended up uploading. I was wearing a Venom shirt, by the way. I am a huge Venom fan, and you know, Venom is the union of Eddie Brock and a symbiote, they're symbiotic and so I thought this is their song 😂. Anyway, lucky for me, I have gradually stopped caring about how my hair looks in videos, so my messy hair hasn't stopped me from sharing videos anymore. Or whether or not I have makeup on my face, that too. It would stop me from posting a video if my face looked sweaty or... looked like normal human skin with natural flaws and/or redness.

I will be posting more videos in 2024, and I hope to start sharing my original music. I am super excited and nervous about that. I hope you like my songs 💜✨.
