I'm a year late to this video and I can relate with a lot of the points discussed especially the points about the auto correct and auto suggestions and educational video part. However, the last point about the tablet part regarding note taking that might be a long term problem in the past but now in the post COVID world a lot of study materials are now shared in PDFs or doc files by school teachers and professors.....as a college student I have no choice but to rely on mobile and tablet for note making from the files shared by the professors
And if we write and Read for long time....the light of laptop phone or tab can Cause headache,eye strain.. And On daily Basis used for many hours it can affect us more.
I am a private tutor..and i like the points that you raised..also the short forms we use in our chats..shorten words also affects our spelling..i am a CGL aspirant too and i feel i forgot spelling for many words just because of these practices..

Nice video! But there are situations where we need suggestions! For example: We have to write an EMail to our boss/professors/teachers without any errors, But there's no evidence that auto-correction harms our ability to spell correctly. I never used auto-correction or suggestions because it suggest some words ehich I don't want to see those suggestion because of how bizarre some words are, especially when I'm logging in on an account (e.g, GMail) & it suggests some words with my name & sometimes bizarre words. Your Tablet part is also true! We no longer use notebooks & instead rely on our tablets & smartphones to note certain things! We're also switching to watching videos instead of reading articles that might give some more informmation. Not only facts videos but also shoter videos ever since TikTok/TH-cam Shorts came out!
