How to register as a nanny on the Voluntary Ofsted Childcare Register

My payment of £103 didn’t go through because I changed my card details what do I do now? Do I have to submit a new application or there’s a way around it? :(

Is a Basic DBS sufficient for this or does it have to be a Enhanced DBS?
