Man I was 215lbs last July and I’m 160lbs currently and I’ve kept the weight off. I’m sure doknow is probably close to 300lbs or maybe bigger. I’m older then him and I have arthritis in my back and knees and all kinds of other shit from being obese 95% of my life. If I can manage to get down to 160lbs he definitely can lose weight because I’m sure he doesn’t have the health problems I have. If you want something bad enough your gonna do whatever it takes to make it happen. He doesn’t want to lose weight that’s what it boils down to. They trying to get him to lose weight because they care about him and they want him to be around. He sitting up there lookin like a grown up Diabeto(Family Guy Character.)

My confidence definitely went up with the weight loss. I’m happy with the way I look now and I never was happy with myself when I was overweight. Health is wealth your are absolutely right.
I wish people could understand how simple losing weight is. If you count calories and slash the amount you're eating .. within a few months you'll have shedded so many pounds. you don't even need to be running like that either. it helps, but losing weight is 90% diet
