Most of my working life was in our NZFS Natives at first then latter in pines and back to the native. In all that time I debt that our boss ever showed the gratitude this chap show's for his men. A few of the contractor boss could learn a hell of a lot more if they stopped and watched this chap running his crews.
My 1st job driving was for a block co. The owner was like Bobby.. He would loan you money for a car or whatever, just take money out of your check each week. Gave out bonuses, etc, great job stayed there until he decided to sell & retire.
Wow Bobby you have done a wonderful job taking care of your boys I have always liked to watch your show my wife can't get me off from the bed i see your show until they are over keep up the good work

Hats off to you bobby and Justin for the way you 2 carry yourselves. Love this man and so glad i finally found your channel. Bobby for President.
Evening Mr Goodson, Thank you for your time to update us on your logging "adventures". When you have cleared the tracts of woodland what happens next, I presume stump clearing and replant, if you find time (haha) could you show us sometime please? Many thanks, Peter (UK)

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Having a boss to actually get up help out his crew and cook for them is one of the good ones to work for. I really have much respect for you Mr. Goodson.
Hello Bobby and crew. I watched your show years ago on Discovery when I was young and it is still one of my favorite shows of all time. Now I’m 29 and I was ecstatic to find your version of the show recently. I really appreciate you showing all the “real” moments of the job, instead of showing the good parts and adding in staged events like there tends to be on tv. Keep up the great work, I really like seeing the big skidders, that’s not something I get to see very often. I have always liked that you take time on the show to thank God, because without him there would be nothing. We need more of that in this world. Sincerely, a Minnesota farm boy and woodworker.
Well my production guy would love to hear that. He is a one man show. He has a very small footprint on site...and I think that is good bc he is able to film the guys in their everyday jobs without have to take an hour to stop work...mic someone up for 2 lines that may or may not make the cut. Thanks for watching.

I take my hat off to how hard you work.. and that yummy steak.. I hope those tricks keep your going.. and hope your worker that bought a boat enjoys it..couldn't believe all the hurricane damage... 1,000,000 miles on a truck wow . That's impressive... I will pray for your team today that those pests yellow fly leave you in peace.. dear lord here my voice and please hear my pray for the longing boys away from loved ones and working hard so as to put food on there families tables. Please keep them safe. And out of harms way.. please lord show them the way go 40 loads a day.. ahmen good luck guys.. I would love to be out there with you guys.. all the best .
I have been living off grid the past 6 yearsish.. Back when I had tv.cable.wifi.internet.local utility sourced running water.elctricity.etc I used to watch this show religously up until 2014... Back in the 70's, I worked for SouthWest Forest Ind., at their McNary, Arizona sawmill, and I have to hand it to you and your men Mr. Goodson! Tough, demanding work, but you and your crew "GET `ER DONE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And thanks for all the great videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your son Justin is a huge part of what happens that man needs to be congratulated for his hard work and making his father's dream a reality what father wouldn't be proud of his son and I know you are continued success to all of you.
Always enjoy the videos, I believe you done the right thing eliminating the aluminum headache racks on the trucks. We also found out the hard way with them after a wreck involving one of our rigs. They look good, but really don’t have any safety unless you’re hauling hay. With y’all hauling logs and us hauling steel, it can go through a cab in a heartbeat. We built ours with steel and expanded metal also. Thank you for the great videos!

Another great video, of my favorite logging outfit. We had 2 buncher fires in Richlands, in the past 2 months. I was glad to see the fire service rep, out checking your fire suppression equipment.
