I’d say Andrew should more welcome. He’s really only damaged himself, not the RF. He’s kept his mouth shut though, and hasn’t said anything damaging to anyone else in the RF. There’s no indication that he blames his family for his problems, or that he dislikes them.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Harry. Harry’s bitter, vindictive, and hateful. He goes out of his way to try and cause as much damage as possible to his family, whilst complaining that no one is apologizing to him. This should be his final visit to the UK.

There is a huge difference between normal family differences and what these two callous, treacherous narcs did to their families.
They launched and carried out a campaign of lies and betrayal meant to do their families serious harm. He should have never bowed to the pressure of his family & settled. He would have been better served by going through the legal route. He should have been allowed to challenge the allegations against him. He may have made in retrospect & remember, in retrospect,poor choice of associates & friends don’t we all sometimes.

Andrew has criticised his family , after the divorce , when the Duke of Edinburgh was Away Andrew would wear his mother the Queen down, trying to persuade her to not allow Charles to Succeed her , but himself instead , he felt the Kingship should be passed to him . Princess Anne being a female was not then in the line of Succession. Although Andrew was always her favourite , she was aware what he was capable of . Thus, had the Heir and Spare not been born Anne would be Monarch nowadays.
