you are so lucky ! i live in the UK in an industrial terraced area ( think Coronation Street ) - total shut down ! solid ice on the streets - our council only grit main roads - had to laugh this morning - 2 old fellahs - 80 + at least - were skittering and skidding over the icy path to go to the local shop - one fellah says to the other " bloody ( sorry - ver batum ) hell Sid - we survived the germans but I think the council is going to see us off !! " love you freedom and respect your hard work x
The piglets are amazing...my favorite farm animal...I raised one in highschool for FFA..(Future Farmers of America) and won all blue ribbons with him....Horses are also a favorite, but most people call them hay burners. U have a very beautiful place . and what a great place to raise happy, healthy children...
That was a lot of $ for your order but understand the higher price for organic, winter and your location. Surprised the bill was so high without meat purchase. I’m in urban Ontario and really feeling the pinch as well.
I live on the East Coast of Australia, a couple of hundred kilometres north of Sydney. We have had a huge rise in the price of groceries since Covid and the meat is so expensive. Chicken is the most inexpensive at about $12 a kilo (2.2 lb) at a budget outlet but can be up to $23 for organic. Organic really slogs you here. Our dollar is really down at the moment and your dollar costs us about $1.15 AUD. Every $25 AUD will buy $25 CAD. Ground beef is anywhere from $11 AUD per kilo up to $23 for better quality and organic if you are lucky. I was at Costco today and the meat was outrageous for beef and lamb but pork and chicken are staples for most people. The pork is regularly their drawcard at $8 per kilo for the rolled boned shoulder but it comes in such huge pieces that puts the price (I saw nothing under $70) beyond young small families. There is just my husband and I and I never buy Costco because the sizes are too large for me. We are a country that produces huge amounts of lamb and top-grade beef but most of it is exported and we pay the price for hard-to-find domestic beef. At the moment the grocery stores have never got full shelves and there are shortages nationwide. I do not think we are alone in the price hikes but it makes it so hard for young families when our rent has risen so high that most income goes into keeping a roof over their heads, not food. Fortunately, We are financially stable but still have to live in our retirement years on the money we have invested that is not making much. My heart goes out to the young families of today and their struggles. BTW I LOVE WATCHING YOU AND YOUR LIFESTYLE. YOU ARE A PERSON AFTER MY OWN HEART. THANK YOU FOR BEING REAL.
Thank you so much for sharing all those details. I love hearing from people and about their experiences in other parts of the world. I feel deeply for the struggles young people are having right now. My adult children have talked to me about how tough it is to buy good quality groceries right now. Hugs to you.
Congratulations on the piglets 🐖🐷 Loved watching you walk and show us the gardens and the property so beautifully. Thank you. Yes, shopping is crazy! You live a beautiful life ❤️
Everytime I go the the grocery store it inspires me to grow more of my own food. Prices are outrageous everywhere. Thanks for the great video - the piglets are adorable!!
What a beautiful snow day. I think your puppy was making a snow angel! Your property is so gorgeous and your happiness for your family life is quite evident by your smiles. Hope to see you at 100k by the new year!
The soup looks delicious and I really appreciate when you talk about the animals. There are many things I don’t know about farm animals, or farming in general. The baby piglets are so cute! Thank you for sharing 😊
We in Connecticut pay a lot also 1/2 gal organic milk $5.49, bacon $7.99 a lb, free range eggs $5.99 a dz, fruit isn't as crazy even in winter. Laundry soap is though a super size Tide is about $28.00. We enjoy your posts thanks they are very informative
That was a beautiful day :) And oh my goodness those little piggys 💕💕. Lettuce here is crazy to and has doubled in price. That is not 12% inflation.....very enjoyed this video. hugs
I don’t like cooking, my kids are adults and I don’t have much in common with you, but I love your channel. I admire the way you live, I wish I had seen this 40 years ago!,
I use a therapeutic light in the winter. It, and getting out with my animals, makes me feel so much happier this time of year. The light literally changed my life. Helps the body make it’s own serotonin.
I'm one of those people who thrives off of being busy, sometimes to my detriment. I do try to be positive as much as possible, but I fail at it all the time.
The piglets are beautiful. The snow is gorgeous. Your instagram snow photos are so pretty. Yes, your prices are higher than where I live, Pennsylvania, USA.
Oh your pigs are so cute! We have a new batch right now too. Nothing more fun than a good mama pig...makes it a joy rather than a pain to have them on the farm.
Have you ever made a mayonese/garlic mixture and put it under the skin? If not, you should try it. It keeps the chicken so moist and it is so good. We have also put onion, garlic, celery and thyme in the cavity. It is good tood.
Place looks nice in the winter. What a good Mama! Congratulations. I don't buy fruit much at all - I slice apples from my trees and freeze or dehydrating for snacks and baking and I buy a box of mandarin at Christmas - other than that, maybe a bunch of bananas for dehydrating and overripe for baking. I do buy dairy though and cream prices are about 0.75 cents higher than I pay for the same (don't read and research ingredients in the cream...lol). I buy 1/2 gallon of whole milk from Dairy land and its about 5.50. I had my first Greens from my indoor garden the other day, peppers are coming slow, and I make a cucumber salad in fall that keeps in fridge till spring. My folks who live 2 hours south were going to buy the non organic romain pack (the same as yours) and it was 7.00 so they left in the store. You will enjoy your grow room as I don't buy salad materials all winter - figuring out the rotation is hardest part. I think about the environmental foot print and garbage when I shop and have chosen to not partake but rather eat seasonally or from what I put up. I still have purple cabbage in my spare fridge. You do such a great job and I am not being a critic but rather just sharing what I try to do...I am not perfect at all! Looking at stuff in store, prices are just a wee bit cheaper here despite me being over 1 degree further north in latitude. Great job !!
I adore the new piglets! Momma did a good job. 🐖🐖 Sooo cute, especially the spotted ones. Your grocery prices are high, some more than double those here in South Carolina, USA 🇺🇸. I don't purchase organic produce though, I can't afford those prices on fixed disabled income. I can't believe the price of some items have doubled & the potato prices are outrageous, eggs tripled. I like to cook when I can; convenience type premade frozen foods are very costly & so full of salt & not very nutritious. Love your dog in the snow (she's beautiful) & her begging for belly rubs. She has plenty of fur for the cold; I hope she's not miserable in the summertime with that thick coat.
Love the new babies 🐽... we had a litter back in October, and our other sow is due in February... I could watch babies piglets all day long, we have kunekunes. GREAT VIDEO THANKS FOR SHARING WITH US ❤️❤️❤️
I live in the PNW (pacific northwest) in the US. These prices are from Walmart which usually has the best prices. (Sometimes better than Costco.) Organic milk is $7 a gallon, organic spring mix salad greens are $4.98 for 16 oz, and a three pack of romaine lettuce hearts are $3.74. Gas is $3.60 a gal for regular, and $4.90 a gal for diesel.
I love your little green greenhouse. I think I found you about 5 years ago, which is wild to think about. I can’t remember when I subscribed. That was a nice looking chicken you were roasting. Watching you season it made me chuckle. I’m used to seeing how Becky seasons her food, so it seemed pretty sparse, but that’s the way I do it too, pretty much, lol.
@@LittleMountainRanch Of course! You are so worth it! It’s fun getting a lot more content lately, and fun to see so many other people finding out how great you are!
Not sure if you’ve ever tried Verjiuce? Very old fashioned but it is delicious poured over your chicken while roasting. Its fermented grape seed juice. Great video, thanks!
our town is about 1400 and we have limited organic availability. Milk is aprox 2.40 for 2 lt., apples are about 2.20 for a bag, butter is 3.20 for what we get (store brand) or 4.50 for the Kerry Gold. we love mushrooms so I was happy that they are grown here so only .88 per container. The grocery is very good about having half price produce - usually a half dozen options each week - for sale items and they also have a "near the due date" shelf for meats and other perishables so that we can purchase at .20 to 2.00 and also keep it out of the landfills. Other surprisingly inexpensive items were the good rice varieties 1 kg is .80 for basmati, jasmine, etc. and pistachios (our rare splurge) is cheaper here in Ireland than in the US where they came from. All prices in Euros - sorry. Thanks for the absolute beauty of this video!!
I am in Ontario and sooooo grateful for my Tower Garden!! I also put up what I can from my summer garden, but since I can shop weekly, I look for sales, and markdowns for fresh fruit/veggies. That determines what gets added to the grocery list. When I paddled the Bowon lakes, and Yukon River, what hit me was how the sun would rise so late and set so early. I can appreciate your love of the sunshine.
So pretty out. Our day was similar the other day My stainless pots and pans are Paderno as well. I love that they are made in PEI. Thanks for making my day a little better ❄️🌷❄️
The piglets are so adorable. While you were showing us your grocery order, I was comparing in my head what it costs us for the same items here in Ontario. We also have vegetable gardens, but I don't preserve anywhere near as much as you do. We've noticed since Covid hit, our food prices are out of this world. Seems everything has gone up in price. Used to be you could make a thousand and one recipes with ground beef. Now the ground beef here is $6.00 per pound. My husband and I are wondering how the families with 2 or more children are managing with the food costs so darn high. Thanks for another great video.
In beautiful Denver, Colorado. Prices for produce are definitely less here, but avian flu has come to our state recently, raising egg prices to $4-$6 a dozen. Also butter prices this week were $7.99 a pound, so $2 a stick! Gosh, families must be really feeling the pinch!
So that's why egg prices are so crazy here! .. Seeing her joy at the sunshine made me smile because that's why I love the winter here so much, all the bright sunshine :)
I use to find plastic around veggies insane, but I discovered, that when they put plastic around cucumbers, that the shelf life gets way much longer. Goes from 3 days without plastic up to 17 days with (bio)plastic. And that is for a lot of fruit and veggies. It sounds contradictory but plastic makes for less food waste. In Belgium plastic gets collected and recycled. But they want to remove all the plastic from veggies (they already did that in France but are now seeing a lot of veggies/fruit get thrown away that are not sold fast enough. In France they have a law that supermarkets have to donate unsold foods instead of throwing them away, but if the fresh food goes off, then they still get thrown away by the shelters etc. ) so it's really something to think about.
Hi there. I live in Estevan Saskatchewan very near the North Dakota border. We have lots of snow as well. Our food prices are much the same as yours. I garden as well and it’s hard to believe that one has to pay $8 for Roma lettuce in the winter! Love watching you Chelsey!
Everything is high here in the USA last I looked hotdogs were $8.00, milk was 5 something. I hate going grocery shopping now because you get way less for you money. I went and got 3 things from the store and it was over 20 bucks
Yik's I went to the store today I spent 419.00 on one month of course i have no kids in the house anymore I guess I should just bite my tongue bless you. been loving watching you cook simple meals Thank You so much.I live in the states Ohio.
What a beautiful day! Love the critters. There's a lot to be done to keep the infrastructure up and everyone cared for. I feel your pain on the prices. I became allergic to dairy about 8 years ago but this year got the courage to try goat milk and was ok with it. Goat milk is 9.99 USD per 1/2 gal so I'm back to almond milk. Also ghee is ok for me but again very expensive. Organic eggs are 4.98 USD per dozen. It's all kinda crazy. Apparently there's an issue in CA with lettuce growing (a disease if I remember right) and prices are going up. I'm fortunate that we have a farmstand in the neighborhood and they've been able grow lettuce without problems this year and have root veg and squash right now. What a benefit to have homegrown, organic food! Congratulations on almost 90K subscribers. I remember when Sam was building a wall and the little greenhouse was going up. I still miss the whistley song at the beginning.😉
Love your videos and the snow. Being from deep South Texas close to Mexico, it has its advantages but no snow. I have lettuce growing in my high tunnel and tomatoes getting ready to ripen on the vine. Maybe a house swap vacation is in order. 😀
Kim Fowler- Greetings from our New Hampshire farm. First, Chelsea's channel is one of my favorites! She embodies all the old fashioned family traditions of my New England childhood. I continue to live this lifestyle today and highly recommend Chelsea's channel! I would like to address your comment about the insane food prices. This summer the increases climbed to 9% in the USA. now its around 7%. I teach organic gardening and how to live the tradition old fashioned way. I learned from my maternal grandmother how to survive the Great Depression. One successful way is to team up with family, friends, neighbors and even form a co-op club. Yes co-op your 💕 heart out! Get together for a pot luck supper. Bring your list of what foods and necessities are painful to buy at today's prices. Then research the best places to buy /negotiate case lots of canned goods, 100lb bags of flour to spit, meats, ect. And visit your local farms to see what they are willing to do. You may be surprised! We farmers in NH buy from each other. A good example is organic honey. I purchased a case of 12 jars, with a $1.00 jar return policy. So there is a $12.00 return savings, plus a discount for buying the entire case. The point is, you have to get out there and present what you want. I hope this helps you and others in these challenging times. I also bought dry pantry items that had a long shelf life, back in 2020, avoiding future price increases. Some were purchased in bulk with neighbors. All the best and 🎄Merry Christmas! ~ Diane
Cabbage fried with butter and salt😮 please share that recipe. Interesting. Grocery costs down here in the Deep South, New Orleans, is not that different. Very expensive also.
Despite the snow and freezing weather atm in the UK, I’m still harvesting romaine lettuce from kitchen garden. It’s expensive here too. As are our electricity and water costs so not sure I’d be saving much: washing outdoor lettuce v growing indoor under lights. There again driving to shops costs loads in fuel. Crazy days! Everyone needs a potato washer/peeler/chopper fairy 🧚♀️ I think I’ve mentioned previously that I use exfoliating gloves but it’s still a chore. I have a huge bowl to store (water covered) potatoes prepared for mash/roast the day prior to larger gatherings. But it takes hours! 😩 Your daughter did great helping you with the gate! 👏🏻👏🏻🎉💪🏻
So funny you saying -15C is not that cold. Its going to be -2C here in Oxfordshire, UK, tonight and I'm outside with Cub Scouts thinking we're gonna be cold 🤣 Thankfully will be around a fire with hot chocolate and campfire wraps so should be OK. Those piglets!! ❤ We get organic milk delivered in pint bottles, so always a bit more expensive anyway (and interesting converting US gallons to UK pints 🤦♀️) but your C$9 organic milk is definitely cheaper than ours. 3 organic romain lettuce would be C$10.82 from the veg box company we use, although would be cheaper from a supermarket. Food has really gone up over the last 6-12 months here, especially if you want organic. Absolutely love your channel and look forward to watching your videos with a cuppa.
We use metric so the jug is 4 litres. Organic pretty common where I live (same province as Chelsea but in the south west corner). But like everyone else is reporting, the prices have really jumped this year.
Groceries are much more expensive here in Sweden if it makes you feel any better. We also pay 25% tax on everything we buy, food to furniture. I couldn't believe the high costs here in Sweden when I moved here 20 years ago but it getting more expensive for everything not less. I love my garden so I don't have to buy much produce at all, just a bit in the winter.
Previous babies! Gasp!!!! Organic milk can be had here for under $6. The romaine, my favorite, I bought on sale for $4.99 for the 3 pack. I got a bag of mandarine oranges on sale this week for $2.99 and cabe for $.79/lb. The killer price here is for eggs. I bought non-organic to save money at $3.89/dozen. Organic started at over $6/dozen. Hopefully I will get settled on my retirement farm early enough in 2023 that I will be starting to adjust to farm fresh eggs and a lot more produce by fall this next year it is definitely good that you raise so much on the farm.
I love baby pigs-they are so adorable! The zoom about and then plop down and are fast asleep!! Thank you for taking us around in your daily work-just love seeing what you do and your farm! The prices are horrible here in Idaho too, much more inflation than what the big wigs say!! Your meal sounds divine. I’m looking forward to Jessica @threerivershomestead pantry challenge. Hope to do better at it every year. My hubby is a truck driver, so I do go to the store for his over the road food weekly, but I try to not buy for me, other than dairy, and “fresh” veggies and fruit. God Bless
Chelsea-I just found your channel and am loving it. Your prices are higher than in Minnesota for items like dairy, but comparable for a lot of the produce, if we get organic. Prices, nutrition, health and family are why I am learning all I can about making big lifestyle changes, growing and canning more than just a few jars of veggies.I LOVE that you are in a similar climate, so you are a huge motivator to help me understand it’s possible to have fresh greens in -30 months, and grow a bulk of our food with a short growing season. I am interested in how and why you pickle so many items, instead of straight canning them-so I will be watching those videos. We freeze our fish and meat, and I hadn’t considered pickling and canning any. But it takes a ton of freezer space, especially wild game and buying bulk from farmers.
Maybe micro-greens could be an alternative to romane salad for you, or at least supplement it a bit. They grow well on a window sill, and the kids could do the daily rinsing for you. Use all your windows for the amount of greens you will need. I love your videos. Thank you so much for sharing them with us. I'm looking forward to your cook book.
The piglets are adorable! Not sure if you do this or are not interested but canning milk - IF you have extra during the production months - is definitely possible. I've been canning extra milk (my family is tiny compared to yours) for several years despite the USDA considering it "rebel" canning. Untested (by the USDA - and my suspect #1 is the powerful American Dairy lobby) does not equal unsafe in my book but do your research if you're interested. It might also be worth setting aside or allotting new freezer space for freezing milk then moving that outside when it's winter to draw from. Milk freezes beautifully. This snowy/frozen winter thing is a novel concept to this California girl but it would be do-able I think. I live in the San Joaquin valley from whence all manner of fruits/veggies/nuts are produced but I grew up near San Francisco and will always wonder what possessed me to leave all those years ago. Thank you for sharing with lucky us!
This was such a beautiful video and very fitting for birthing time. I didn't do the math on dollar Canadian vs. USA I think we're both in a fix! Anyway our eggs are 100% higher than a year ago butter, which is all I use, is up from 1 to 2 dollars a pound to 5 dollars. I grew beautiful Romaine lettuce this year and just can't wait to grow more. You and your precious family have a wonderful day.
We live in Indiana. My last grocery trip romaine hearts were 3.49 for 3 not organic. Grapes were 1.69 lb Green ones. I don't buy organic milk but 1/2 gallon was 1.29. Eggs were 3.44 doz. I have chickens so didn't need any but wow have they gone up. Your piglets are adorable. I was raised on a hog farm and I always loved their little curly tails. 🐖
Groceries are pricy. I drink the same pop/soda. A gallon of milk in the Chicago area is about $6.50. A dozen eggs are $8.00😮. Etc..I am older and it just my husband and myself so we don’t buy big. I bet after YOUR CABBAGE those cabbage seems so small! I want highlights on your wagon ride on the property and weenie roast. That sounds so fun! I think family events like that are part of lasting memories.
I just bought bananas for $.44/pound. It’s been higher but I hold out usually and then Walmart super saves me! But I also buy plenty of produce at local farmers markets in the summer and they’re not so cheap there. Having moved to central Minnesota from Denver, I miss big grocery stores! We do pay more here.
Thanks for sharing everything on your farm & family! I’m in central Alberta, & our groceries are very close to the same cost. Butter, milk & dairy are getting higher every time I shop. The no name butter was completely sold out so I paid nearly $8/lb. a week ago; I’ll be using my beef tallow for a lot of my cooking. Our Romaine lettuce is the same price as yours. So far we don’t have a sales tax other than GST (5%) & food usually doesn’t get taxed unless it’s small quantities of prepackaged bakery goods. Blessings to your family 🤗💕🇨🇦
I'm not sure how far north you are but a lot of BC Canadians come down to us NW WA to shop. Not sure if it be worth it for you come down. Comparatively the prices are way less. Loads of Canadians come to our Costco and outlet shops.
Oh my goodness, the grocery prices 😫 I am in PA in the US and just went grocery shopping today. A 12 ounce bag of broccoli florets was 3.29 (not too crazy- and that's even pre-cut), a package of 4 chicken breasts were 12.28 and 6.4 lbs of 80% ground beef was 24.43. Meat seems to be what the killer is right now.
Love your videos Chelsea. Your farm is beautiful and I love those sweet baby pigs! My grandfather was a pig farmer here in Michigan and I showed pigs at the county fair. Your prices there are definitely different than what we have here, I'm not sure with the conversion from US to Canadian but our organic romaine is about $4 for 3 heads. Thank you for sharing your life with us!
you are so lucky ! i live in the UK in an industrial terraced area ( think Coronation Street ) - total shut down ! solid ice on the streets - our council only grit main roads - had to laugh this morning - 2 old fellahs - 80 + at least - were skittering and skidding over the icy path to go to the local shop - one fellah says to the other " bloody ( sorry - ver batum ) hell Sid - we survived the germans but I think the council is going to see us off !! lol I'm American but lived in Slough for over a year, and I heard that conversation in my head perfectly. :)

I cannot believe it has been 5 years since I watched your dear husband help you put together that wonderful greenhouse!
How precious are the baby piglets!! Thank you for sharing this. Love your videos!! ❤
I love how LGDs act in the snow. It’s their happy place. 😂🥰
Such cute piglets, what a sweet blessing.
omg those little piglets were so cute! The spotted babes stole my heart. ❤
Such a beautiful home property!! Snow has nitrogen which is good for crops, but I am sure you already know this. Love your videos. ❤
What a beautiful snow day. I think your puppy was making a snow angel! Your property is so gorgeous and your happiness for your family life is quite evident by your smiles. Hope to see you at 100k by the new year!
That’s funny I thought the same thing must be makin a snow Angel but I couldn’t take my eyes off that massive poop by it’s head!😂
Your vids are never long enough. 💙😃
That so sweet! Thank you.💕
Maple was just waiting for the camera to come by. She is beautiful

I ❤ the babies
Mabel was in heaven, lol! Love the little piglets.
Wow your produce is really expensive, no more complaining from me about prices in England. Love the piglets and the snow.
Very cool old cook books! ❤ from Ontario

Absolutely sun light and exercise...even light exercise ❤️ take care
You are an amazing lady. Hard work but you have it under control. And always 😊 happy.
I'm one of those people who thrives off of being busy, sometimes to my detriment. I do try to be positive as much as possible, but I fail at it all the time.

You know it's cold when the snow squeaks when you walk!
Beautiful, yes! I'm in southern Wisconsin, my snow is gone, for now!
Oh your pigs are so cute! We have a new batch right now too. Nothing more fun than a good mama pig...makes it a joy rather than a pain to have them on the farm.
How does Mama piglet keep her babies warm ...I thought nature took care of not having babies in the winter....
TY sharing
Do you power your green house in the spring with your seedlings? I'm hoping to build one next year (zone 3 as well).
Have you ever made a mayonese/garlic mixture and put it under the skin? If not, you should try it. It keeps the chicken so moist and it is so good. We have also put onion, garlic, celery and thyme in the cavity. It is good tood.
Great video! Thx
Congrats on the new piglets!! Ur place looks like a Christmas postcard!! Not gonna lie....I'm a little jealous!
Simple Supper Sounds Super!
Scenery is beautiful
Love seeing your prayer flags in your high tunnel. 🙏
Groceries are high for sure…
Love your peaceful channel,it’s so pretty there!
The piglets are so cute. The are so fun to watch. We are looking at below zero for next week.
So beautiful!
I so appreciate you sticking with me. ❤️
@@LittleMountainRanch Of course! You are so worth it! It’s fun getting a lot more content lately, and fun to see so many other people finding out how great you are!
What you said as bout Becky was funny! I was thinking the exact same thing!!
Not sure if you’ve ever tried Verjiuce? Very old fashioned but it is delicious poured over your chicken while roasting. Its fermented grape seed juice. Great video, thanks!
the winter scenes of your gardens are beautiful! Sweet piglets, I hope they all get to nurse on Mama!
Ooooooh soooooo cute piglets, congratulations 🐖💕 Your price on food is like here in Sweden. Expensive.
our town is about 1400 and we have limited organic availability.
Adorable piglets! Thanks for sharing
Your pup is so cute!!
We have a golden Pyrenees (he's black with a white tip on his tail!) and he loooooooves belly rubs, and rolling in the snow!
Those prices are comparable to ours here on Vancouver Island. Your energy is amazing. You accomplish so much.
The new piglets are so cute. Love that you share your amazing landscaping. Thank you
The piglets are so adorable.
Oh I always think how I miss the snow BUT I don't think I could handle that cold now.
I just bought a 5lbs. bag of russet potatoes and they were 9.99 here in West Virginia USA
Everything is high here in the USA last I looked hotdogs were $8.00, milk was 5 something. I hate going grocery shopping now because you get way less for you money. I went and got 3 things from the store and it was over 20 bucks
All the snow looks so amazing! It doesn't snow here, it looks like a whole different way of life there.
Yik's I went to the store today I spent 419.00 on one month of course i have no kids in the house anymore I guess I should just bite my tongue bless you. been loving watching you cook simple meals Thank You so much.I live in the states Ohio.
Love the pigs!!!❤ very expensive food! ❤❤
Thank you for sharing great information. Really enjoy your videos.
❤❤❤ 29:39
Can’t wait until your cookbook is ready. It’s so interesting how you cook and what you cook,I live in Kentucky, it’s so different❣️🐷
Right! Western Ky here… groceries are ridiculously insane
All the best and
🎄Merry Christmas!
Your daughter did great helping you with the gate! 👏🏻👏🏻🎉💪🏻
I love your house Chelsea!
We get organic milk delivered in pint bottles, so always a bit more expensive anyway (and interesting converting US gallons to UK pints 🤦♀️) but your C$9 organic milk is definitely cheaper than ours.
We live in South Florida. The milk prices are the same for generic organic milk. Organic romaine is $3.99 US per head.
Hopefully I will get settled on my retirement farm early enough in 2023 that I will be starting to adjust to farm fresh eggs and a lot more produce by fall this next year
it is definitely good that you raise so much on the farm.
God Bless
Oh I ❤️ the pigs so sweet
In Louisiana ( New Orleans) I say it's about the same especially the organic veggies.
Love going with you working. The piglets were so cute.
$319.73 American! That’s crazy! Those piglets are just adorable 🌺 PS: .74 cents now 😮
This was such a beautiful video and very fitting for birthing time.
Grapes were 1.69 lb
Green ones.
Wow! So much snow! You all look well and healthy!
Just did a quick calculation and on the UK, the equivalent gallon of milk would be 18 Canadian dollars… it’s ridiculous over here at the moment.
Could you give us info about your neck warmer, please? It looks cozy warm.
