I have good luck behind the high school. Try over there close to the rocks
I don't know of an anchor but if you can try a trolling motor with spotlock it will keep on the fish.

Looks like the Broad Channel bridge going into Rockaway, if it is, did you try the train trestle or all the pilings by Micky D's? Nothing better than being on the water this time of year, chasing those slobs. Good Luck and nice video.
