AY Mini Modular Apartment, Pardesia, Israel by S.A.I.L
The project’s concept was to create an open-space apartment with minimal partitions, opening a view to the outside from any location in the apartment, providing natural lighting to the entire apartment, and thus creating flow and continuity between all the flat’s spaces. This arises from two reasons. The first is that other than three windows in the eastern-northern region, there are no windows in the southern and western facings, and the apartment was dark and badly ventilated. The second reason is character of the apartment’s inhabitants, as part of the interpretation of their lifestyle and beliefs. This unique family defined itself and the apartment well. Originally, the apartment lacked its western part, and had a floor area of no more than 30 square meters.
이 프로젝트의 컨셉은 칸막이를 최소화한 오픈 스페이스 아파트를 만들고, 아파트 내 어느 곳에서나 외부의 경치를 바라볼 수 있으며, 아파트 전체에 자연광이 들어가 아파트의 모든 공간으로 흐르고 연속성을 창출하는 것이었습니다. 여기에는 두 가지 이유가 있습니다. 첫 번째는 동북쪽의 세 개의 창문을 제외하고 남쪽과 서쪽에 창문이 없었고 아파트가 어둡고 환기가 나빴다는 것입니다. 두 번째는 아파트 거주자의 성격으로 그들의 라이프 스타일과 신념의 해석의 일부가되었습니다. 이 독특한 가족은 자신과 아파트를 잘 정의했습니다. 처음에는 아파트에는 서쪽 부분이 없었고 바닥 면적은 30 평방 미터 이하였습니다.
