    Did my grocery bill just jump 10%? Feels like I'm working harder for the same amount of stuff. Gotta find ways to stretch my budget further or this inflation thing is gonna flatten my wallet.

      I hear you. Curbing spending is key. Look for cheaper alternatives, clip coupons, and maybe even consider a side hustle to boost your income. Every bit helps fight inflation's bite.

    • @HildaBennet
      @HildaBennet 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Firstly, rack your spending, identify areas to cut back, and free up money to weather inflation's storm. A financial consultant can help you analyze your budget and identify areas to cut back without sacrificing your lifestyle.They can also explore ways to boost your income through strategic investments. One client I worked with saw their portfolio grow by 12% last year, allowing them to build a buffer against inflation.

    Joe made this interview almost unwatchable. Lack of respect for Mr. Buffett is an understatement. He thinks he is a comedian, but he is sadly wrong. Joe considers himself a dear and close friend of Mr. Buffett, but that is obviously not the case. Ms. Quick does a great job of prepared questions and calm respect: She is a real professional which is probably why Mr. Buffett has these long sit downs with her. Ms. Quick looks very uncomfortable every time Joe starts to speak. Joe is a real embarrassment to CNBC at this point. I cannot watch him and just fast forward when he speaks.

Given that the majority of my holdings ($650K) consist of Nasdaq, Apple, and Tesla companies, his opinion or any other professional recommendations on what to do would be greatly appreciated. I like this guy for many reasons. His skills will always be relevant even though he is not a tech guy. The basics of business never change. Tech is just another way of selling and promoting a physical product. Geico doesn't have physical inventory, but look how big geico is. This guy knows big math like the back of his hands and understands markets more than an average business person. Its like an instinct and a skill.
    PLUS...his companies are based on assets, not like these days where companies get funding for 200 million from 4 different investors and call it a 200 million dollar company. His work is more genuine and sustainable.
    There was a huge bank, those too big to fail banks (forgot the name) they got their BUTT SAVED all because of buffets way of doing business. He knows how to keep it sustainable long term and not just grow it recklessly.

    12:42 wait, so Berkshire Hathaway has an investment account in South Korea? That would be the only way I assume to buy shares of Samsung unless through an etf but he didn't buy and etf he bought shares of Samsung.

      I wonder if that's also the case with his purchases of Japanese stocks as of recent.

    Suggestion for a business: I am a foodie- fast foods for foodies. Gormet fast foods. Has to have a different feel than fast foods because Taco Bell was serving baked fish and that did not make the sales. I think that the people of fast foods marketplace have a nitch and Gourmet fast foods need an individual nitch. LIke, a fast-food window at fine restaurants, car served like Sonic only a little more higher-level perks. In other words, gourmet fast foods needs a different personality, infrastructure. Of course, this would cost more, but if delicious/nutrious enough, there's a lot of crime who are richer than you are Mr. Buffet, no offense, I like your way better, but that's the reality around here.

    We all can watch that wealthy people are (actually) a lot more humble than the middle class. It could be the reason why they are what they are.

    Talking about value - hard to understand why the co-host is so unbelievably disrespectful - CNBC should do the math on how much time is wasted on the irrelevant questions by this guy - my understanding is that screen time isn't cheap... I'd be great to have youtube versions edited to remove this waste of time... the other co-host is sufficient...
