Hey this is great news … Option1: take this job which means u will have to leave your studies mid way … however your 5 years clock will start ticking from the day u move u skilled visa . Option2: ask your sponsor to take you on part time basis like internship so that u can complete your studies & next year after you finish your degree , you can move to their skilled visa .

Kindly explain according to your last statement that one cannot use this means to settle in the UK. Does that mean it is impossible to use this medium to get a PR in the nearest future, even if the business becomes huge success?
Whether your business becomes a huge success or not, your start up visa will expire in 2 years and you wont be able to extend it, settle on it, or do anything else. But if it became huge success then you should have no problem with investing 50k to your business and switch to an innovation visa, and now from here, you can settle after 3 years I think. Hope that was clear. This is from my research and knowledge, I am not an expert
@@sarikajasin_bepassionate7744 yes, but I think I got it wrong. I think you don't need to invest 50k, instead, your start-up should be making (turnover) at least £500,000 on second year (which is even more difficult I guess) But I'm not 100% sure, you should contact a lawyer.

Let me add ... you must be strong and fit due to the fact you will have to do lots of work and running around. after you have done all that they will ask you for money and then more money. they say you can claim it back later. so I have just found out. I am disabled I explained this from the start. So it go's on and on. I say I can't do that, they just ignore me and keep asking for more money. never again.
