I enjoyed watching this video not many channels show it Back wen I was working on the dairy farm it was my job to clean the pit and pens because no one else liked it but I liked it because I could work the hours I wanted
That was funny seeing them bouncing around in the straw getting straw on their heads and seeing you. They stop and look and say "hey, who are you?" The cattle get in there and start tearing it up, I can't help but think "that's why we can't have nice things!"
This might be a crappy video to start out on a Sunday. Lol 😆 🤣 But to me that's is good old fashion fresh country air can't beat it I miss that smell. Thanks mike for this manure hauling video keep up the good work. Can't wait till I can watch corn silage chopping videos.
funny thing i am use to the smell of that grandparents had a farm right next door to a feedlot not sure how many head of cattle but was alot and to many corals to count lol
Hey mike great vidéo and equipement personally in Alsace I have 2 plots of 1.68 hectares which are mine I have an Allis Chalmers 7080 181 hp tractor from my grandfather and an international harvesters 1586 tractor from my father as my wife my grandfather had a plot of 1.68 and madame's father had the other and I personally bought a 4440 jd from an old gentleman who sold it to me for 2000 euros even though he only had 1548 hours he absolutely wanted to got rid of the 3 I completely redone the spreading I have the 1586 international or the Allis Chalmers 8070 on the international spreader of 7,800 liters and I also have 10 cows which are with a farmer friend of my boss and I who only has some old us equipment last Friday I sowed my rapeseed with my Allis Chalmers 8070 on my 5.5 harrow and the 4440 on my 5.2 meter JD seeder
How to they avoid overlap and missed spots when spreading manure? Is it counting rows knowing the heaters will fling evenly or just knowledge of the machines well enough to eyeball it?
It's usually plain to see where you have spread already and once you get a pattern going with the other operator it's not hard. Or you just spread on separate fields and you pick up where you last left off.
Efficient operation. Nothing wasted. Well done. The cows chipped in on the work right away. 👏👍🇺🇸
Enjoyed watching the cattle distribute the bedding
Brian. 👌👌👌👍👍👍🚜🚜

JCB sounds nice!
Lol So cute and funny seeing the cows staring at you.
That was a fun video. My three year old boy really liked watching the cattle jump and play.

The video is fantastic, and the machines are clearly cutting-edge, helping farmers so much.
Great Video Mike, interesting to see the cattle spreading the bedding, thanks for sharing
Very unique farming model thank you for sharing
Another pleasant surprise seeing the JCB Fastrac in action!
From one job to another.👍👍👍👍
My family’s dairy farm is in southern Holmes county. What a treat farming flat ground must be. 😂
We always joke that you get more ground to the acre on a hillside😅. Or, if you hammered our farm out flat it'd be the size of Texas.
Top class setup for muckspreading
So awesome!
Great video
Lots of good fertilizer!
Nice manure spreading video👍😁 it's cool to see how the cows like the new bedding 😄👍
Superb. I'm from Tamil Nadu, India.
Nice 4955, we have one and it works great for us, it’s got just under 12k hours and it’s still running good.
Somehow, this is one of those videos I can see and smell at the same time.
The farm I work for uses an IH 3788 2+2 on their Hagedorn spreader. That tractor is a very good match for the spreader and does a great job with it.
Good video, greetings Johan

Hello, Ассаламу алейкум Узбекистондан салом агарда сизларда чорва фермада Иш урни булса мен бориб ишлаган булардим жавоп учун олдиндан Рахмат 👍👍👍
I like Mike less videos on TH-cam from the imperial county California 👍🇺🇲
Don't think they were camera shy, just a bit wary of the beardy guy in the bright green t-shirt. 🤣
I'll bet that it didn't smell nearly as "fragrant" when you filmed back when there was snow on the ground ! LOL
the repair work on the tractors is done by your team?

The silage pile not being is unsettling
First
Effortless power on display
Were those animals housed in that manure pit until now? The manure reaches above the knee. How could cows exist there.
Fresh Bedding is put down every two days and cattle trample the bedding up pretty quick. Also this was not a manure pit.
@@farmhandmike I don't want to be trusted. Such high trampled litter... And you are exporting unripe manure to the field, i.e. litter.
